Episode 3 was also funny, but then reality hits when the mother-in-law is around 🙃 I am glad it's more a comedy then just being really serious all the time.

Unfortunately there isn't really another xianxia like this one XD I would suggest you just try some costume dramas with really good comedy 🙃This was the first xianxia I completed without skipping half the drama. I absolutely loved the comedy.

She's a good actress 😄 But yeah as some other commented, she has likable roles as well. But I feel like these veterans usually either get to be a nice mom, or a bad mom most of the time.

My favorite xianxia is The Starry Love, but that's mostly because it doesn't take itself seriously and it's more comedy then angst.

I was going to watch daily but I ended up binging a few older series this weekend XD Yeah I found the start slow but if you think it's quite good I will continue.
