They have around 98 named roles, and a lot of extras. So that's a big budget already for clothing. So I imagine they had to spend less on some people's costumes.

It's a mango/hunan drama so it is only regionally licensed on iqiyi/viki in certain countries. So if you can't see it you are not in a country that has the license for it.

Only for love is a mango/hunan drama, it's only for international fans that it's on iqiyi. My guess is that since tencent is airing a costume drama, iqiyi decided to also air a costume drama.
