on ep 9…obviously loving main leads acting. But I also quite enjoy watching Wan Peng (Qiao Lin). She’s really very pretty! Great acting, and the role of sister- kind, cute, charming in her own way.
is it just me or is Gulnezer ( Xiao sister) acting so stiff and bland - beautiful face, too much makeup, completely expressionless, doesn’t even need to blink? too much Botox?
compared to novel, I wish ML could be the passionate hot blooded raunchy manly man in the novel. it would suit LYN very well. That would be totally hot and spicy 😉😉The drama version is too tame and restrained. But I do enjoy the humourous parts in the drama.

drama allow her to meet a man who likes her and support her goals and have financial means. somehow this kind of partnership is ok and not looked down on. Whereas if ZS met a rich woman who like him and gives him money to make movies, it’ll be a problem.
like why ask him to pick between movie and commercial, and then go behind his back and make decision for him and cancels the commercial. when he decide to stick it out with the movie, she breaks up with him… it’s all about her it seems
yeah, her mom need them to buy 4.5 M house she wants him to be the first person to hold her hand when she tries a wedding gown, otherwise she just stands there holding out her arm, while he is paying she wants a proposal at a movie premier she wants 5 karat ring but at the same time- he has to make their movie, chase dreams, otherwise he is not the person she fell in love with and all the time he also has to be romantic, watch movie with her, etc etc you cannot have that much money and still be that kind of “youthful unrealistic carefree” person that she loves.
totally depressing FL- career women with nothing else ml- no dream, no love, dejected, seem even more miserable the way they purposely make his hair white and back bent. I feel like they wasted their life, love not worth it, nothing to root for. 2nd couple- just not worth talking about. everybody miserable and lying to themselves, except for the 2 guys Glasses and something. why would they ever have reunions again in the roof top- gathering of the miserable wasted lives!
