For me , The Rise of Ning is better, but that's my personal opinion. I had great hopes for this one,but an the end it's just like any other drama where they fight for the throne, love and lie to each other...

I don't know, where he is or if he'll do something, but she definitely gets that beating. But he's smart, right? He should've predicted that she would be the one to have consequences. 😏 I would be cheering for 2ml and his killing spree😂😂😂

His 1st role was in Forever and Ever (S2 of One and Only) with Bai Lu. And his character was a real goody . He isn't my favorite, but hopefully with time he'll be. He needs more main roles (preferably in romances).
I would rather have Zhang Wanyi & Ren Min working together in modern drama since they look gorgeous together 😍
They're sweet together, but here he's too gentle, and so is she. And I don't think they'll be that good in modern dramas..but why not. She could've different dramas with both of them.
Just watched preview for next episodes and wtf is wrong with Luo family and FL's 'father'. Hitting her for something she didn't even know, for someone else's unspoken truth...yet the murder and culprit was just there sitting like nothing happened 🙄 And haven't ML already said he would protect her? She still got beaten 😔 That's why I love crazy red flag MLs more .

The doctor is not a surgeon, he is a rehabilitation doctor or something like that so it is not really his fault…
ML is a surgeon, but because of PTSD, he transfered to physical medicine and rehabilitation. Anyway , as MD, he's obligated to give medical help..He's qualify to do that. But this show doesn't show good medical knowledge. This is just easygoing drama to kill the time.

I know, I've so many dramas behind me, but still...I don't think it's because of the censureship or restrictions, it's that they changed ML's character for 180⁰ , after just 5 episodes. If the characters stayed the same as they showed us in the trailer, his show would be a perfect hit ...but now, it would be just and average story😔
