They killed almost every supporting character for nothing. Yue Qin was presented at first like a smart and cunning person...but at the end he became the weakest and dumbest. Watching FL like she still plays a characteristic in The Double....😏

Got the feeling they wanted to imitate The journey to love,but failed.

I watched him in several shows, but only in The Rise of Ning he got memorable role with much more screen time. He deserves more leading roles, preferably in romantic dramas. Good luck

Acting is not their best, I have to say ... I'm surprised with 2ML acting (he's relatively new) but he really represented his character well. But people here can't accept it, because his character is an antagonist. 😁

If dubbing isn't present at all or it is, but in just few percent, then everything you said would've sense. But voice actors are closely involved in every show and that's the standard you (natives) normalized.

I spoke in general,yet you generalized by your standards. And that's fine. But when you mentioned dubbing, mandarin accent and everything, then it's not just personal standards. All the actors you mentioned are top rated actors in the industry and ZWY can't come close to them...not yet. I understand you have nothing against CS, and neither do I against ZWY, but we've to be real. They're in 3 different categories and can't be comparable.

Sorry but I've to disagree. He's a newbie and his previous roles were small. Dubbing is a problem? Please, 90% of the actors don't even dub their own voice. Perfect example is Xu Kai .
ZWY recognized...When? Only after Lost you forever! And how long is he in the industry? So no , they can't be comparable. ZWY is still far from his colleagues who're in the industry from 2017🙄

For me, YiNing was happier with LJX. She was like a lovely bird in love. And he loved her deeply, there's no doubt . Misunderstanding about that jump was the whole problem(even though I don't know how she ended on a cliff). That's when YN started to love herself and her freedom.
SheYuan is the same as LJX, they both have a goal to reach and both will do everything to succeed. It's just SY talked to her about it and LJX didn't.

It's not terrible and bad. ML&FL don't have a spark, they're just cute together. So if you've time, give it a try

Yep, feels like they stayed in siblings zone until the end. Their romance was forced and their relationship was really awkward. Not to mention situation at the end where she holds their baby and calls him 'san ge'🤯😱😩
I enjoyed in 2ML's emotional rollercoaster. He displayed multiple emotional stages with extraordinary facial expression. And his end was perfect (he returned that 'life' she almost lost because of him). He loved her till his last breath.

I'm still under the impression. Story was ok, sometimes they dragged too much, but all in all, it was a pleasant watch.

I've to say it, even though, most of you won't like it... But both main leads acting was average and mild (and no it's not just because that's how they characters are). But Ci Sha's acting was surprisingly good (maybe because his other roles were smaller and this was his 5 minutes of fame).

Best character that stole the show was Duke Ying! 🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I wish every girl has a dad like him 🥰
