She was happy he only told her, not that he was poisoned per se . I think they have similar moral codex (in their line of work)and that's what got them attracted to each other. I hope they won't ruin the show in later,bringing common romance and cliche moments.

She couldn't change ZZ story, so the best for him is to get as far as she can. His mother died (again-in 2nd life) and that's the same how ZZ started to hate himself in 1st life. I don't want to spoil much, but Ning decided to leave him so he could've better future ( because in 1st life, his future was at stake after he lost his mom)
