Finished this one a few days ago and really enjoyed it!Good things:
- The ML and FL acting is on point
- their chemistry
- they're a great team
- their fashion
- things are quickly resolved between them
- the ML love confession was one of my all time favorites
- sometimes is good to have a villain being plain bad and not wishing to be good even if given the chance but I also enoyed the auntie redemption and teared up because (excuse me) I still believe love is the most powerful force that exists.
Bad things:
- The zooms and close-ups in their eyes every moment at the beggining
- felt that the rest of the plots with the side characters were unnecessary
- a lot of annoying people
- most of the time there was no reason for them to be so suspicious of the ML and FL (the others that were being suspicious for being so suspicious at nothing!?!)
- the concept of twin rose was mentioned and forgotten
In conclusion:
I didn't regret watching it and will probably rewatch some time in the future. ♡

Worthy thriller/psychological drama to watch
Literally just finished watching and I gotta say it was a rollercoaster of a mini series! The ML and FL performances where amazing and the plot, even with its little faults, was good and definitely able to always hold your interest. I like how the show didn't try to make Qin Li seem too pitful in the end to the point you want to forget and forgive what he's done. He used his hurtful past to justify his actions and that's a big no no. He did bad things and deserves to be punished but also most importantly, needs a lot of help. I was proud of Yi Fei for standing up and even encouraging other people to get out of toxic relationships. Also want to point out Yi Fei's third sister because I don't see anyone talking about that and her relationship with her husband was as toxic as the main couple's.Lastly, this was my first experience with a chinese thriller/psychological drama and it was worth the time. Episodes are short so it's binge worthy.
