That's what I feel too. they just used a different title to make it marketable but the concept is just dating.

Oh my poor Ji Min..... I am rooting for him. He is so funny, he knows who he wants and sticks by it, and does not give mixed signals to others. But he is so boyfriend coded. He is like the light/life of the party compared to Woo Jae who gives a safe/calm, basically the feelings a man should evoke when looking for a wife (which is the essence of the show btw). Plus in the first or second episode in the confessions Ji Min said he felt like he was running out of time that's why he joined the show? I think that's the wrong reason to want to find a wife. No?

But my girl Je Yeon is a big mixed signals girl. Please pick a side or be vocal to your other potential partners that you are interested in other people. I love Ha Neul's direct approach to show interest but it's like she doesn't know when to stop. At one point it felt uncomfortable during the date with Ji Min. This is a dating show for picking your potential LIFELONG PARTNER, why are the people clinging to the one person they set their eyes on in Europe. Like go out and mingle and talk to the others too, they might be more than what meets the eye.

For a show that is focused on finding partners for marriage, it is rather too superficial. they judge you by appearance, and now that the jobs have been said, its judgement by the job/ size of the pocket.

I also have beef with the team behind the casting. Why would they allow a 40-year old man to join the show if they will not have women of equivalent age bracket to match up with him. Now he is heartbroken and the oldest woman he can approach is 11 years younger. I'd like to think they did this for the plot, because 1 + 1 is not adding to 2.

I feel like this will be another dating show where they force a couple on us and leave the rest to be supporting characters. SMH. Still rooting for Ji Min though 😂😭❤ Who's team Ji Min with me?

Okay, that's my 2 cents from the 5 episodes I have watched so far.

Nice storyline but ngl, this could have easily been one series. Really pushing myself to finish.

LOVE the story, LOVE the actors, LOVE the production, LOVE the music. Such a beautiful and relatable (to most if not everyone) storyline that gives a different perspectives on parent-children relationships and life in general. A masterpiece on the beauty that is life and family ❤

I should have known from the title that I will cry in EVERY episode. I am literally weeping typing this.

See, that character is what made me like him in the first place 😂. But I changed my mind later on.

The post production team especially the VFX crew went absolutely wild with this one. Pretty sure they even threw in effects no one asked for, just for fun.

They did deliver!

Unfortunately, TikTok edits have already spoiled the ending for me, but I’ll still watch it to enjoy the journey leading up to it. The music is so somber. Can't help but get teary every time the OST plays.

Did I just put myself through 20 episodes of heartache again? Yes! Will I do it again in future? Yes! Oh how I LOVE moon lovers. When I first watched it, I had to find a quiet place and reflect. So much tears and love too. Such a beautiful and sad story.

I now understand why he is the SML 😂😂

Lets ignore that I said I was rooting for the SML. He is a coward and a puppet that has no personality except his loyalty to redeem the Pei clan at the expense of innocent people.

I love Jiang Ci so much. She is so perceptive, courageous, problem solver... I could go all day about her character. Plus I like that this character is not overly naive and childish.

Now (3 episodes later) they are selling Wei Zhao to me 😂 . I love Wei Zhao's cleverness. He thinks so far ahead. Playing chess in real life. I am rooting for both tbh.

I'm on episode 5 and I am rooting for Pei Yan. They are really selling him to me. Is this the first drama I get to root for the SML?!?!😂😂

Was the casting criteria face card?!?!!?! Everybody in this drama is stunning.

I read a Tiktok comment about how Wen Yi Fan acts like a teenager, which contrasts with her career as a journalist; who are seen as bold and outgoing. At first, I kinda agreed, but then I thought about it more and really empathized with her. She’s growing in her own way, at her own pace.

The last time this girl received genuine love and care was when her father was still alive. So of course, she’s going to be wary of people trying to get close to her. Also, not everyone reacts to tough experiences the same way. Someone can get stronger and more outspoken while another can become more reserved and distant. Plus she has made efforts to stand up for herself in multiple situations as an adult; with her aunt, her step-sister, and her boss at work.

Sang Yan is really Sang Zhi's brother because one thing these two are gonna do is follow their crushes to the end 😂 always booking flights and trains 😂💕. I'm sure one of their parent did this in the past too.

It's been a long time since a Kdrama had my full concentration like this MASTERPIECE right here. I loved everything about it, nothing was too much or too little. The perfect balance of comedy, romance, sadness. The title perfectly captures the relationship of the mothers with their children. I really loved how the characters were more relatable than fictional.

I felt so sad the most for Jin Young Soon (Kang Ho's mom). That woman only experienced happiness for 20 minutes her entire life😪😭😭😭
