Really enjoyed watching this chinese remake of the korean movie. I watched the korean version many years ago and it is still one of my faves. This chinese version has beautifully captured the essence of the korean original, and they also made some minor changes to fit into chinese culture. Its a funny and wholesome movie thats very family oriented. Highly recommend : )

Really enjoyed watching this, very funny and heartwarming. Also this story is so refreshingly different from other jdoramas. Its based on an essay not a manga which also refreshing. Thanks again to Furritsu for subbing this, please support her by watching this series on her site.

Exactly, the actors probably didn’t know ending was going to be trash. Why would these popular actors/actresses agree to be in this drama if they knew the ending was going to be this bad and all fans angry at them. I think the PD changed the script

The sister’s relationship was touching, but I was moved by the deeper message of this movie. That is, the FL felt guilty for being the only person being able to hear and speak in her family. This made her feel like she had the heavy responsibility to take on her sister’s burdens and dreams, and forgoe any dreams of her own. But fortunately her sister and parents made her understand that she should live her own life. I have seen this kind of thing happen in real life, so I can appreciate it

Just finished it. I liked it a lot, very heartfelt and wholesome. Like how this version is koreanized to make it fit in with korean culture (instead of taiwan original). The plot and characters are very straight forward and simple -which makes it very different from most korean romcoms and dramas these days. For this reason, some viewers may feel the plot is a little out of date. But I highly recommend this for sure, please dont miss out on this gem
