I love all his characters, each are unique in their own way. Great performance to be able to pull the audience into the drama as he did.

I’ve pointed out his spot on micro-expression acting from the beginning of the drama. To me, he has always been able to convey his emotions through his eyes. Whether if it was joy, pain, hurt, tearful, etc. His performance in the drama has brought me more respect towards him because it’s not easy being able to do micro-expression acting and looking good at it.

Oh I love Xu Kai ever since his appearance on The Legends. I’ve followed most of his dramas because he’s a great actor. He’s very good with the micro expression acting. But ALP is by far his best performance, imo.

I cried all over again with rewatching E49. I have got to say this is the best xianxia I’ve seen to date. I found a few good dramas this year to watch. But this is one emotional roller coaster drama. 😂 Beautiful story line, great OST and amazing CGI. Now all I ask is to have this drama released in 4K and I will be happy. 🤣

😊 Hi again. I’m assuming you mean last episode of ALP? If so, yes have some tissues ready. I rewatched E47 & 48 again and they still made me cry. Probably the same thing will happen to E49. 😂

I felt Bai Jue’s pain of missing alot of “first” with Yuanqi. As Tianqi has mentioned, he was there when Yuanqi has his first tooth, his first time walking, and his first words. It was very kind of Tianqi to give Bai Jue the opportunity to give Yuanqi his first magic weapon. ❤

Of course, I cried during Bai Jue and Yuanqi’s time together. 😭😭😭 Love how sweet and gentle Bai Jue was with his son. That has got to be the gentlest and softest tone I’ve ever heard him spoken with. Props to the voice actor.

Yes you must watch Love Is Sweet. I saw a different side of him in that drama and I love it. He and Bai Lu have great chemistry there.
