I also just started the show and have watched 4 episodes as well. Li Xun's character irks me too but I'm curious…
I'm happy to get recommendations for shows. I'm reasonably new to Chinese dramas, but as you'll see on my list, a considerable portion of my all time favourite dramas (scored 9 or above) are Chinese. But I've also dropped a lot of Chinese dramas - it seems I either love them or hate them. Personally, I love Noona romances, but I will probably like any cute and fluffy rom-coms with only a low dose of angst. I get enough angst from Korean dramas. Also, I generally don't like historical or fantasy dramas, BUT I'm willing to give almost anything a go. If I don't like it, then I will simply drop it and move on to the next drama. Finally, I don't have a very high tolerance for women being mistreated in dramas, which is something that seems quite common in Chinese dramas, and was the main reason why I dropped L&P.
I saw some other commenters criticising Duan Yu Cheng's immaturity, but I didn't see it ... until now. I'm up to episode 10, and he's becoming jealous, rude and disrepectful towards his coach. I love Noona romances, BUT I need the younger male to EARN the privilege of dating the older, more mature female by BEING MATURE. I'm still very much enjoying the drama, but I'm hoping for some quick character growth before the main characters get together. It is uncomfortable to watch an adult dating a child (in terms of maturity, not physical age). UPDATE: Just finished episode 16 and there definitely has been some character growth. Duan Yu Cheng seems to have matured somewhat. UPDATE: Just finished episode 20 and there has now been significant character growth from Duan Yu Cheng, to the point where I now believe a 28 year old female assistant coach would be willing to date him. UPDATE: Just finished episode 24. I now completely believe them as a couple. There are still glimpses of immaturity from Duan Ye Cheng, but nothing that would make me think he shouldn't be with Luo Na. (Although he had a bit of a relapse in episode 25 when he briefly threw a "you don't love me as much as I love you" tantrum.) I also want to mention that I don't like it when writers make an unverified internet rumour be sufficient to derail someone's career/life/etc. I've seen a few dramas lately where this has been used, and in my opinion, it is a lazy (and entirely unbelievable) way for the writers to inject conflict into the narrative. Overall, I loved the drama, however I felt the last three episodes were rushed, and I didn't find them very satisfying. I still gave this drama 9/10, but if they had done a better job with the last episodes, it would have been a 9½/10, which would have put it in the top 5 dramas I've ever watched.

After watching nothing but KDramas for almost 2 years, some months back I "discovered" Chinese dramas. However, I find that I either love them or drop them. Overall, I prefer the less angsty vibe of Chinese dramas over Korean dramas. If you are looking for some suggestions of other Chinese dramas to watch, you can check my list.
Only on episode 3, and the show looks interesting. However, the male lead is an arrogant, self-righteous piece of sh!t, so I'm hoping for some character growth sooner rather than later. Made it to episode 4. I just don't enjoy watching an arrogant male repeatedly insult and humiliate a female. I'll give this one a miss.
I haven't yet watched "On the Way to the Airport", but I think this KDrama might be similar in its feel: https://mydramalist.com/32977-spring-night
There's a Chinese remake of One Spring Night. It's not quite as good as the Korean original, but its still very good and I really enjoyed it. It also changes up the story a bit.
15 episodes in, and I'm just finding it too slow for me. Nothing is really happening. It is certainly not a bad show, and for the right fan, it is probably a masterpiece (as the MDL score would suggest). I have so very many shows waiting for me to watch, it doesn't take much for me to drop a show these days if it isnt doing it for me. I can always come back to it at a later date if I want.
Pls do not say that about Wu Lei after one drama of him. In this drama, he's supposed to be an aloof introvert…
I didn't say he shouldn't show interest in her. I've already said in my comment above that he DID express his interest, and I haven't criticised him for doing that. The issue (which I thought I made clear above) was he was acting like she was his girlfriend BEFORE she was. This made me uncomfortable, as it seemed a little bit pushy for my liking. Clear communication and unambigious consent are things I want to see in dramas. I don't remember which episode it was, and I'm not going to go back and rewatch episodes just to provide you with an answer. I've only watched 10 episodes so far, and it was a few episodes ago, so if you are really interested in discovering what episode it was, then simply go back and rewatch some episodes yourself.

I wasn't suggesting she was unaware - quite obviously she was aware because he told her. But what had not happened was she hasn't yet accepted him. In a recent episode (I forget which) he refers to her as his "girlfriend", and she then says to that person, we're not a couple.

I'm keeping an open mind, but I'm also going to honestly express my opinion. And I'm sure this next opinion will be one you also disagree with, but I'm finding his silent staring at Yin Guo kind of creepy, and she also seems a little uneasy with it. Also, I found it a bit uncomfortable that Yi Yang started acting like Yin Guo was his girlfriend BEFORE she was. Again, I found that a bit creepy.
I think he is quite good. He is playing a character that is an introvert, so he is less expressive and mostly…
I look forward to seeing him show me some more of his acting range later in the drama. But I still think a skilled actor can play a very reserved, introverted character without being stone-faced. My general observation (admittedly on limited data) is that secondary male characters, and (almost) all female characters are generally better actors than the male leads. But I'll keep an open mind as I watch more Chinese dramas, and perhaps my opinion may change.
Only 8 episodes in and I am really enjoying this drama. I will say however that Leo Wu appears (so far at least) to have quite limited acting skills. I'm relatively new to Chinese dramas, but one thing I've noticed is that many of the male leads aren't very good actors. The female leads on the other hand, generally seem to be quite capable actors.
