She has learnt from her mistakes, it doesn't mean she won't make mistakes still. To the FL, her mistakes are just situations she saw herself wronging people and felt like she owed them. That doesn't mean it will automatically makes her this stunning example of redemption and political savviness. There is no rule that states that she only has to learn from the mistakes of the past, as far as I see, she is learning from the ones in the present too.
I feel like someone of yall are forgetting that XW has repeatedly threatened to end her life to keep his interest/plans in place. And yet, yall expect her to trust him fully when this is on brand with their first life?
I find it disgusting that people overlook certain traits of a ML because they find his coldness to be hot or enduring. Just because we as the audience are privy to his thoughts, doesn't automatically mean she will understand him.
The mental gymnastics is about to truly begin between the 3 leads. I like that in this second life, everyone has gotten a second chance. Although XW won in the first, he was lonely and cold. Now we see him experiencing all these new emotions and sharing a bit of his humanity with not only Ninger but others too. ZZ will get to experience love without the barrier of a crown on her head (even if its bound to never happen in this lifetime too), and YL will not live through the trials of the first life.

I think its also that producers and agencies don't want to disassociate her from projects because her name brings interest to the drama. Most agencies come right out and say so and so is not attached to this project but we've seen with Reba, its never the case. As for why she gets very few, I think the dispute with Jaywalk has played into it as well. They don't do enough to protect her interests which sucks. I've seen her cop slack for business decisions that weren't necessarily hers to make.
I saw her on TMOPB and instantly fall in love. Then I did a deep dive into all her projects and fun facts which is what led me to realise that I had seen her before in supporting roles.
The 2MLs are really impressive so I suspect Yu Zheng will be pushing them hard in his upcoming projects. Both very expressive and great character actors. ZLH has really seen a rise recently.
