Some like platonic romantic stories, but some like intimate action. I happen to like both. For example, I liked…
Is not adding a GL is relatively recent trend in Thai BL? I have not seeing it before the 2022’ My School President. But I did not watch many productions from this decade yet, including this one.

The trend from the middle of the last decade was to integrate straight couples into the story because agencies/studios were not yet sure of the public was ready to focus solely on BL pairs.

WHAT, a male “does not have a mood today”?The original novel was written by a female for female audience,…
One of the lads all of a sudden pretends to be fifteen and is afraid he will be ousted from the family at the age of twenty five, even though he is fully independent and is supposed to have this huge love for the other lad.

And that other lad has all of a sudden become an irresponsible alcoholic, shopaholic and gaming addict, which was not a case in the first season.

WHAT? They have made the cute lad to keep his even cuter lad as a boyfriend, even though he does not love him, just because he can not break up with him for “no reason”? This is the same stupid plot as the first season and Love Sick and Make It Right series.

The cheating by one of the lads is very realistic and it superb that it was shown here, even though it was hard to watch, I did not like it. The reason being is that males are driven by testosterone that commands with ultimative imperative force, the lust of the modment is absolutely crazy, it is barely possible to fight it back. This is why males cheat way more than females.

And yes, this has nothing to do with love or anything. This can be your mistake and your guilt forever, if you truly love the person you cheated on or at least value fidelity and honesty as principles.

WHAT? A car crash? I mean, a bike crash, and the most ridiculous one. This story part is laughable. The first law of scriptwriting is do not use random car crashes as a plot vehicle, it cheapera your story.

Wow, “you are still my son, even though I hate what you are” is such a warm, heart-felt statement you want to hear from your father. This one surely has deserved Korn giving his apology to the father for being too harsh towards him, LOL.

Wait, do Thai people give their daughters nicknames like Porn? That would fit a male since the age of thirteen or something, but it might be too bold as a female nickname.

The last two episodes are really funny with everyone walking half-naked to seduce the evil gay.

WHAT, a male “does not have a mood today”?

The original novel was written by a female for female audience, so no wonder the characters are not realistic in this key aspect.

Also, in the first series one lad was doing nonsense, but this time is it a different one. So they are both laughably silly.

But the most controversial event of the series is actually great as it shows how thing in real life happen.

Still like these lads and Yihwa, of course! Worth watching, despite the issues:

Thank youuuu! Also agree 100% with what you said! I think reading the comments for this show was when it dawned…
You are totally right.

I had a serious issue with the first season of the show, but it is not for the reasons people often have.

For example, doctor Bright’s character and story there was outstanding among any BL series because they mostly explore something superficial. Showing a character and a story like this is great.

For similar reasons series like Make It Right and Make It Right 2 (also very flawed) are still great as they explore things they BL series usually never do.

Korea is very conservative. No gay marriage or anything, just like Japan, China, Russia etc. LGBTs do not exist.
Even China has released lots of BLs, but the censorship is there anyway, alas.

I mostly hated the series since the moment when Knock had decided to continue with his fake girlfriend for no reason at all other than the BL genre rule that lads can never break up with their fake girlfriends, unless they are literal organised crime bosses like here or literal sluts, because it would disappoint female audience.

The same absurd plot as Love Sick and Make It Right series.

That said, all three series were worthy to watch for me despite the great annoyance because I like the lads (and some of the lasses even, as in this series). I can survive this.

Love Sick (2014-2015) was even worse.

Title Together with Me Spoiler
The most unusual about this BL series is not what people wrote about, but the fact that the production team has…
But, of course, one of the lads is not gay, but has only become gay for a special one like five seconds ago, which is not possible at all, it is just an absurd cliche of the genre.

A battery by a gang all of a sudden did not lead to police involvement, which is nonsense.

Bright character story is great, but not quite believable in the late part where he has organised a group fun without saying the cute lad in advance about it. People like Bright are very smooth in what they do and they like to be gentle to keep as many lovers as possible for as long as possible, so he would not have ambushed the lad with such a surprise.

MOST Importantly, Tul’s character is written to only have the most feeble “love” he could have possibly have because he has chosen to stay with his fake girlfriend for no reason at all. They are not married, no vows given about being together until death does them apart, so there are ZERO issues with simply breaking up with her.

The BL genre business rules dictate that lads can never initiate a normal break up because the main audience is female. So this series (and a novel) repeats the same absurd trope as Make It Right and Love Sick series.

This makes it all very cheap because the only reason all these supposedly great BL stories have succeeded is because females did something bad, not because lads grew to follow their love that was even remotely substantial.

This is very disappointing that the authors suggest that viewers have to believe and invested in “love” like that.

Indeed, too bad that the lad did not play more roles.

Though he is so good that I guess this was because of solely his own volition.

Let’s hope he is fulfilled and happy with whatever he is doing now.

The most unusual about this BL series is not what people wrote about, but the fact that the production team has made gay actor Tem Khamphee paired with a lass. It is usually the opposite in BL dramas as almost no leading actors in the genre are gay.

Another rare feature of the series is that it has offered some likeable female characters, not just baddies. I really do not like how mangas, novels and most BL series only produce hate-bait female characters.

The series provides the unique possibility to watch one super cute and one super handsome actor that have never performed again.

The negatives, including the cause for a MAJOR RATING DOWNGRADE:

no, unfortunately
Well, it seems it was rather fortunately because people complain the story went nowhere after the episode you have watched, so they give it very low ratings.

Is Mon still involved with Wayu?
No, and for a while now.

And he did not sign up to any projects since then, which is sad for my selfish readon of enjoying his art, though I am ready to be happy for him, if he is happy now with whatever he is doing.

Such an adorable lad.

WORTH watching for the cutest actors Natouch and Mo. Besides, the filmmakers have made Mo to throw up for real. Poor lad!

The short film My Bromance: Reunion (2015) has revealed the MOST ridiculous storyline of all time, probably. This…
Bank for no reason did not tell Golf that he has found a new love. And then he has told a lie to that new love.

A different lad has switched to males because his girlfriend has dropped him, which is not how attraction works.

Wait, is one of the pairs incestual? To be clear, the only reason why incest is a bad this is birth defects that come from it when babies are made, so the taboo makes no sense for gay relationships. That said, it is still instinctively wierd, so in real life gay happens no more often than heterosexual one. This is the first BL ever where I see it.

A lad in a different pair chooses to meet an older gay via Blued. I am not an ageist, so I have nothing against it per se, but then he falls in love with a guy who is young, so it turns out the lad does not have a preference towards older guys. But if so, it makes no sense that he is meeting with an older gay via the application. He would choose a young lad in this case. The lad is so cute that there would be a kilometre long queue to meet him, completely consisting of young attractive lads.

The scenarists have made Natouch’s character lacking will because he has returned to his first love only because his current boyfriend himself was willing to let the lad go.
