You must have not seen all the other female general drama of late. This actress has the best mannerism and charisma as a strong female general compare to many. IMO.
Wow!!! Ep 1 is a wham bam…epic war scenes, characters all set up nicely and we get the see the leads naked top…especially CZY, didn’t realised he is so well built now😍. I really like Li Qin as a female general, she has that fierce attitude.🤩
Thanks! I tried a few ep of Love Conspiracy, then dropped as didn’t like that storyline but the leads do look good:). But I get bored with business conspiracy. Maybe will try Spring Fever.
So decided to pick up POB? How do you find it? I am okay, watching more mini dramas of late, some very good ones that has good quality and acting. I just finished Mobius, a Sci Fi drama, pretty good, totally enjoyed the time loop;) and humors by BJT, he done a great job in that character. I am waiting for Love in Clouds and maybe Fated Hearts.

As Nepeta22 summarized it very well. This drama has 3 CPs, and each relationships have its strengths and weaknesses in face of turbulence time. I love all three CPs. The first CP definitely is appealing to most because it’s they brought out the bravery of the beginning of change. Second CP is about the endurance and tolerance whereas the last CP has a theme of finding the right balance in differences.
In the end it’s always the ML’s fault. Like in many other C-dramas, they make the ML do something wrong, and…
Don’t be too quick to judge this plot. This story is slightly different. Both leads come together with their own agenda and hidden secrets. We have so far being given FL’s POV and we will see ML’s POV. I don’t think this drama is what you described as typical plot mentioned. Both leads have flaws and both will have their growth arc. Anyway, I don’t think as viewers I would enjoy to see an extreme toxic woman / man to get a “green tea” partner. And what I know in c drama and their censorship board concern, they will make sure that the drama they approved, will end up being a healthy theme of relationship. lol!
