Only Qing Yue was severely injured and in coma, however the ending scenes showed a possibility that she woke up;). Yeah, it make sense as all three of them are connected to that Prof who wrote a dissertation on that drug research.

The tattoo guy was caught. But nope he didn’t die but likely will be sentenced to death with so many people he killed. There are bigger players at the background. I find that everything tied up nicely;) Enjoy!

On point 3. There is no intention to kill her initially. Li Ming injected Yu Fei just to make her drowsy. But the Professor eager to test his drugs, injected additional dose that cause her hallucination, I believe he also let her go. So she went out and collapsed at the lamp post, QSZ found her, then his car was intercepted and exploded. So Yu Fei died.

The first 4 ep is really good, great pacing and acting. Love the brewing chemistry. Both leads are strong characters in their own way. CXX is fantastic being a domineering CEO😍, and LYX is so natural😍.
LITC is so, so good! It gets better & better as the show goes on which is a rarity — many dramas start strong…
Neo’s recent dramas: Unclouded Soul, XianXia, just finished airing all ep., bad script, common XianXia tropes, not much fun. I recommend his other drama, WuXia, The Glory, investigation and family politics, every ep is exciting and fun, good writing. However you could try both and see which you prefer;).

Gladly have a day off to finish this show. It’s a complete, satisfactory ending, police win:) We get to see LYX holding a gun! The ultimate perpetrator reminds me of Dr Doom.
