I have watched few jdramas but yet to get me hooked into jdrama, but this one might've get me started!! It was…
Seconding BrightestStar here: Kankuro is one of the most lauded writers in Japan, and this isn't even his best work on Netflix let alone his entire oeuvre. Try his Saving My Stupid Youth on Netflix or take the real plunge (since it's so long: at 156 15 minute episodes) and seek out Amachan his 2013 morning drama which is, in part, about the idol industry. He's been the guitarist in a celebrity punk band since 1995, and so while not every one of his series centers on music, it's clearly important to him.

I ran the Chinese subs through Google Translate and then edited them extensively. Here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uDo7JC6wBMgwKVyBX4MzVfAdJhRhs2Kb/view?usp=share_link…
You're most welcome. This approach will get you access to most of the Japanese media that's available. But if you ever do come across a subtitle file and cannot find the RAWs, the last bastion of hope are torrents like nyaa dot si. Try searching both the title in English and the original Japanese title at the site, and if the RAWs are there, you'll need torrent software to download it. I use the free qBittorent to so. I've only needed to hit the torrents for maybe half-a-dozen things over the years, but it's been necessary for the two most recent NHK asadoras.

Do you think Leshige had Ankyloglossia (tongue -tied) or was it a stroke maybe?
I'm pretty convinced that she had a speech-impediment, and Ankyloglossia is definitely a possibility. I'd guess something more neurological given the bladder control issues as well but my doctorate is not in medicine.

Pretty bad but adequate machine translation subs are now available at subtitlist.net .
It could happen - for instance, Come Come Everybody is now on a Hong Kong subscription site apparently with complete English subs. But here's the issue with Boogie Woogie that just completed: the machine translated subs by the same person who's doing the subs here are done and available for all the episodes, but two weeks ago the RAWs for weeks 1 - 23 just disappeared from the nyaa torrents. And the account that was posting those RAWs is the same one posting these. Therefore, if this poster behaves the same way, you wont have access to all the RAWs when the series is done airing.

Does anyone know if this will be subbed and where I would be able to find it?

Where can I watch it?
Sadly, at this time I'm pretty sure you can't. I was getting the RAWs from a torrent site and was shocked today when only the last three weeks came up. Up to this week all the episodes were out there on the pirate seas.

Yes, but from week 13 on you must download the RAWs from somewhere and the subtitle files from here: https://www.d-addicts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=165090…
As I recall, yes. But it goes through WWII and so, you know. But after that it's pretty much an upward trajectory to the end

Looks like you got what you needed from Julianna - I'm glad the series is easier to access than it was 2 years ago. Enjoy!

Wonder when will this be subbed…
Ongoing subs are available at subtitlist dot com. Unfortunately, they're pretty bad, and almost certainly by a non-native English speaker and so all the pronouns are random.

I feel so bad for half of the people in the comments section, myself included, who don't have access to see this…
The subs are coming out reasonably quickly on https://drama-otaku.com/, and so register there if you haven't. Unfortunately, you have to find a torrent for the RAWs. It is possible, but you have to dig a bit. Dramacool has posted Ep. 1 and so there's some hope that that source will eventually have all the RAWs.

Saiko is supposed to be the main story (made by the people that brought us 3 Nen A Gumi) running parallel to Saiko…
Yes, to a certain extent at least. The protagonist in Student Ep. 1 films a moment seen in Teacher in Ep. 1 from outside the classroom, for instance.

The stories so far are completely parallel. I'm pretty sure the narrative in Student ended before the narrative…
The same day, in fact.

is it true that this dorama just side story from yomei ichinen? or just miswrite
It's pretty clear on watching that Teacher is the parent story and Student is the side story. No one in Teacher is peering in on people in Student, while the reverse is essential to Student.
