I am still wondering what kind of twisted drama this was. š¤ The tonal changes were all over the place. Kim Hye Ja was stellar and the drama got good enough to make me frustrated it wasn't a whole lot better. I so long for great scripted entertainment, but examples are too few & too far in-between. 6.5
Heavenly Ever After will be remembered for Episode 11. Still, I've questioned why Pastor was in an adult body,…
"Adult" Eunho- since you can choose the age you want to be when you join heaven, perhaps Eunho chose to be an adult so he wouldn't be helpless? He lost his mum because of a childish need...was captured and tortured because he was a kid. As an adult, he can protect himself and resist childish things like toys?
What part of the ending though? Where the two people are running towards each other? We're meant to assume they are Nak Jun and Hae Suk finding each other again.

Can someone explain to me what happens in this last episode please?
ML let her reincarnate alone bc he always gave her a hard life. Then after her life he comes to get her to transition bc she said she wont be afraid to die knowing he will get her. he said he is proud of how she lived that life. she had a big family by the looks of the ppl around her.
now she says she can't imagine being without him and he says me too so then they reincarnated again together this time bc now she has experienced a life without him. but they choose to be together. that's why u see them as younger teens, early 20s maybe, looking at each other across the street.

Hae Suk gives the lotto dream to Young Ae, she ends up missing out on buying a ticket because she ends up chasing a debtor. It's hinted that something romantic is forming between the two.
Nak Jun has a new job erasing the memories of human's on earth who remember their past lives. He and Hae Suk decide to get reincarnated together. Only when they get half way Nak Jun decides to stay behind. He says they've been married 23 times through various lives and every time he makes her life difficult, he wanted her to go live a life without him and have a chance at happiness. Fast forward to her dying in this new life surrounded by a large family. Nak Jun comes to take her away, she remembers him.
We see two people lock eyes across the street and run to each other. The implication being that they are Hae Suk and Nak Jun reuniting again.

šššI often ignore the fragile and naive foolishness of most FLs because the MLs are often built to cover…
Am a female and i hate naive and weak fls. I really like strong and independent women because the fact is that now days women are actually stronger than men. Regarding the female in this serie, i didn't mind her personality at the beginning but then she was doing the same things all over again and failure after failure which was kinda stupid

Hyper knife is a well written show, high budget, well acted, with amazing camera work and editing but it doesnāt have much going for the plot. The very important thing from the start of the show (Seok doing Deokhee surgery) ends up not really even being important as he doesnāt want it in the end (bc he wants to die when in the beginning it was important he lives) I feel like the transition from the beginning of this to the end was so random like out of no where he had to die. (I heās reasoning for this but wish it transitioned a bit better) But overall it was a good watch that I enjoyed watching once and I donāt regret but wonāt revisit. I did like the change up that the end though with the dogs being alive and Deokhee surviving! The ending made the show quite worth it.
