i really love this drama. i watched it back in 7th grade and now i graduated highschool

AHHHH that's crazy I wonder how many people got into kdramas through the Arabic dubbed Jewel in the Palace version ( can't lie finding the actual kdrama version was hard as hell for me LMAO bc I forgot the title)

OMG no way!!! This is what happened to me as well! I was watching it dubbed in Arabic when I was 8, and when I started getting into kdramas, I searched for it after realising it was a Korean historical drama.

I remember watching this when I was in elementary school with my family not knowing this show was Korean as I was watching dubbed in arabic... fast forward a few years I was searching for this drama, trying to spell Jang Geum terribly until I found it. Now 13 years later I've watched hundreds of dramas and became immersed into K-Dramas, K-Variety and K-Pop all thanks to the fantastic writing of Jewel in the Palace. Special thanks to Lee Young Ae and Ji Jin Hee; I'm about to graduate from university, and they still have a place in my heart!

Does anyone know the shows related to this drama, please? I tried to find it, but I don't know where to watch the full show.
P/s: I mean the shows that where actors and actresses and director meet each other, reaction to the drama.

We really don’t get female centered sageuks like Jewel in the Palace, Empress Myeongseong, Empress Ki, Hwang Jin Yi, Dong Yi, Queen Seondeok, etc. anymore….

Ok, only heard good things I'm starting it now. I usually stay away from dramas with this many episodes 🙃 but idc lets go.

Hmm thinking if i should rewatch it :D
