It's definitely not a sad ending. The drama is following the novel and it hasn't even reached half the novel. There will be a Season 2. The plot will get so much better and stronger. I just considered it as watching a show with multiple seasons. I'm waiting for S2 too because I'm a huge fan of the novel and the actors being very good will nail it.

Second season is coming. They'll join the cast by the end of August or early September. The actors themselves confirmed several times that S2 is coming.

The actors said there'll be S2 in the live yesterday also the director was asking the opinion of fans on S2. It's not confirmed yet but it's said they'll join the cast in August. So we'll probably get S2 at the end of the year or the beginning of next year.

And we're getting only 1 ep next week 😩. I can't wait.

Same I tend to love one cp more than another but I find both the main and side cp of LTY and SCD intersting. I want more shows like this which are not toxic but the plot is still strong and engaging.

I know SCD is a hit internationally but is it getting the same attention in the mainland? Since they're from China it's important that they have a solid fandom there. I really wish the best for them. They're are the CP I really love after Yunyi.

The side cp are how it is like in the novel. They don't have much plot presence except in the extras. I hope they'll add more scenes of them from the novel's extras in season 2. As for who murdered/mastermind behind Azure Dragon and cause of his sister's madness and eventually dead would be unraveled gradually like in the novel. The drama hasn't even reached 1/3 of the novel. For me they're doing pretty well adapting to drama despite low budget. They're not leaving plotholes on purpose, it's supposed to be unraveled in Season 2 if it happens.

I'm not saying he's old and not handsome. He's ofc very handsome it's just that the shou looks like a 15 yo kid while he looks like he's in his late 20s. I'm saying it in the pov of his partner who looks too young it kinda looks weird. I have nothing against the actors lol.

This is a very cute drama. I'm loving this so much. I really hope it's a happy ending.

When I watch a drama I tend to have an emotional connection with a character or two but I can't find myself to like any of the characters here. All of them are unreasonably toxic in their own way. And both the two Shou looks like a minor dating uncles.

No NC and toxic relationships but still better than all cbl released so far this year. I hope Season2 will come soon. I'm really loving both the main and secondary CP.
