What I find interesting and refreshing about the ML is that they didn’t make his character out of touch with reality like most demon lords. He is so painfully self aware and mundane about relationships and day to day management. Like him asking her to explain herself after the hug and explaining clearly how he draws the line with his staff. He is much less naive than the FL.

Can we please take a moment to appreciate and applaude the makeup, hair and costume directors. This is one of the few dramas (along with SOKP) that really nails it. It is soo beautiful and detailed. No one looks like a ghost or cheap. Top tier.

Thank you. The reason I asked is because I actually really didn’t like go go squid and couldn’t feel the chemistry everyone was referring to. But I’ve now watched all the episodes and I much prefer him in this drama!! So I’m satisfied so far
