The guilt we carry

I love the 37 and 17 year old Ha Nis. I canbonly imagine the older Ha Ni feels, the guilt that made her punish herself that completely changed her core. The contrast between the younger Ha Ni and the older Ha Ni is so vast that when the two characters start merging into older Ha Nis character it is an event to look forever to.

I enjo watching this drama and patiently wait for 2 episodes a week on Netflix. The change in both Anthony and Yu Hyeon is also amazing. I love Yu Hyeons dad, he is a better character than the dad in Protect the Boss whch also stars Choi Kang Hee (Ha Ni). I like Ha Nis mom too and although Ha Nis nephew is still not as good as young Ha Nis acting, I find him cute

Characters I don't like and almost hate are Ha Nis sister and high school friend. I hate the Auntie aka sister in law of the dad. I also don't like the grandmother but can understand her

The ending is a bit rushed but still good. Happy Ending as the 37 Ha Ni finally moved on

Rivals in business since Childhood

Xixi was adopted by Duan Ran's family when her mother died when she was 9. Her dad left her and her mom working inUSA. She's been friends with Ran and they fight all the time. They were regarded as siblings so they both adhere to this. As adults they rivaled being the CEO of Rui. There's a lot of Johnny carrying Jinyan in this show which are so cute that I shipped them immediately.

I love their teamwork when they saved the company from Cheng (former owner of Rui) evil plan to sabotage Rui.

MUSIC background is sometimes distracting as it is sometimes too LOUD.but they fixed this around ep 14 or so. Yay.

Ep 12 and w8ing for next episodes on IQIYI. IMMEDIATELY subscribed as soon as I saw this show was on.

Ep 23 first kiss happened and more love adventures


I hated Duan Ran's mom even after her acceptance of Xixi. The ending was happy but the kiss is more passionate in the earlier episodes

Dumped then pursued by Dumper. Fated love that got delayed

This story revolves around 4 main characters:

YONGEN who was raised by her cold hearted dad, an evil stepmother and evil half sister, she only hoped to leave this toxic household, get married and experience love.

QIJUN who was raised and educated abroad did not believe in arrange marriage

TINGXUAN who was very ambitious and arrogant. He only believes in money and power and did not believe in love

LAIFU (My favorite character) He is an innocent, pure and a caring man, his character will make anyone fall in love with him

Yongen and Qinyun were engaged through their parents since childhood but did not grow up together. Qinyun was westernized and cancelled his engagement, only to find out that the girl is someone he already fell for. (Love at first sight). Brokenhearted , Yongen ran away from home and met Laifu. They fell in love with each other. Qinyun continues to pursue Yongen but Yongen have been firm with him that she doesn't want to have anything to do with him.

Later on Tingxuan met Yongen and pursued her too and realized at the end what love is. The ending is happy and satisfying. The story had a lot of twists and turns, production and set errors including the set staff not paying attention to details on what jade someone should have (you'll know what I mean if you pay attention).

****BIG SPOILER**** Tingxuan and Laifu are TWINS. Damn this made me cry even more when I found out he is not the same person.

Moral lessons, pain, love, forgiveness, revenge, and a lot of regrets is the theme of this drama. I watched 20 hours in a row on second day of watching and finished on third day. I loved it

Heartbroken, a scientist who developed green blood to cure diseases, was betrayed by her mentor she looked up to and liked romantically. He allowed her colleague to steal her idea and even slept with the colleague.

She left work and continued her research. Her neighbor who was interested in her tracked her down and a friendship developed.

This is a very different premise that the viewers should be someone with no expectations of what the story should be. I allowed myself to just watch this without expecting anything and I lied it. MGY did great here, her walk, the way she talks is very true of what her character should be. I am satisfied with the ending

When you know what you want you fight for it

I love the main leads story, Jinyan and Kenny are so cute together.. the ex fiance is not that bad, but he is a weak man, he meant well for Xian but he messed up big time. His stupid decisions made the opportunity for Xian and Zhening to meet and be together. The sister of Zhening is one annoying insecure woman, and Xian s ex was an enabler. One strong couple, (Xian and Zheningl, one weak couple (Zhening sister and Xians ex fiance) and one normal uninteresting couple. (The old man and Xians friend )

The story is not a big drama, it's light hearted NO SML, butvI wish the childhood friend of Xian had more screen time. A very happy ending is not rushed so I love ❤ love the ending

It started almost cartoonist but it slowly shaped into a hood romcom with dashes of mystery and politics.

I really ship Marqui with Ruyu, but matchmaker is a good choice too. Her father went AWOL so she took over the position of official matchmaker. It's sad that women here are sooo desperate for men but it did not stop me from watching their desperate act of catching a husband. Ruyu was proposed by different men but turned them down as she believes that love between two people must be there. Satisfying ending and I liked it a lot. Lots of LOL moments and all actors acted well. But main girl Ruyu is the best

The story is about a policewoman who dreamed of becoming a detective and a doctor who lost everything because of a bad colleagues and his woman.

The Doctor married another doctor who was pregnant with her former husband's child. He had a crush on her since college days so despite her situation, he still married her. They eventually got divorced.

The poilce woman and the doctor had several encounters during the doctor's most devastating time. She always helped him, but somehow had the wrong impression of him as being an incompetent man. He was annoyed by her constant interference of trying to be his sponsor to better his life. This a very slow cooking romance. This is a story of a good man's struggle in life. The FL is like the Knight here, saving and helping the ML.

I love it. I am so happy that my suspicion of her was right or it would have been too much of a cliche story. I love the happy ending, but the ? kiss at the end made me feel that the male lead was so eager to get her lips. LOL

Plot. ML mom stole the FL mom's design and became famous for that. My assumption is FL mom lost the will to go on being a designer because of betrayal. FL was already a successful designer therefore she disguised herself as a nobody to exposed ML mom and her evil ways to avenge her mom. ML mom asked forgiveness from ML mom and was forgiven as they wanted their children to have a happy ending. THEY DID have a happy ending

Spunky young lady fell for an older police officer

The story is good. Jinyan is the prettiest I have ever seen based on all the shows I've seen her in especially when her makeup is lightly done.

She is a young screenwriter who never had a relationship , she had a best friend that appeared to be gay, she met the strict cop who was dumped by his ex girlfriend . Her life was threatened when she kept a footage of the car video she was driving that is owned by her female boss. She was then monitored and protected by the cops including the main lead. They begun a relationship later on. The story is paced well, although I skipped the second couple's romance on my 2nd time watching. I like the ending, There's a kiss here, but I wish that they at least colored the main leads lips, he looked too pale and untidy. I still liked the drama though

The beginning is sad because of Yuyao then turned funny when Changle appeared. The crown prince was robbed by Changle who happened to look like Yuyao who was engaged to the CP. Yuyao was in love with another man who was killed by her grandfather and father so she killed herself. Enter Changle who was blackmailed by the evil family of Yuyao. Changle was forced to act as Yuyao. Changle and CP fell in love with each other.

With a lot of challenges and some jealousy they stayed together and became the Empress and Emperor with a baby in the oven. Happy ending.

The acting by Jung, her husband, her ex partner and most of all her daughter is fantastic. Uhm Jung shows and movies are always good so this one did not disappoint me. Special mention to the funny antics of the male flight attendant. The comedy in this movie is really an LOL level. I was smiling, giggling and laughing. A great watch. Wife appears to be ordinary married to an idiotic husband and raising a daughter who is a brat that will not allow anyone to bully her. They won a trip to Hawaii that unfortunately got them involved with hijackers. This is where the fun and excitement begins

Fate Delayed

Lawrence Wong and Xu Hao are both my favorite actors. I loved Lawrence Wong as Hailancha in Yanxi, and Xu Hao caught my eye in Celestial Academy (though I did not like his male lead there, I still meant to finish it later)

This story is about a pretty actress (struggling), Wen Xiao Nuan, who they kept saying "somehow resembled"CEO Ye Fei Mo's ex-girlfriend. Towards the end, it made sense they kept saying this.

I feel that Xio Nuan's ex-boyfriend is just a sub plot, and the main plot is really about WXN, YFM and the ex-girlfriend.

Towards the end they will show that WXN was really the one YFM had been searching for but his ex-girlfriend stole WYN identity as his savior, thereby eventually becoming his girlfriend.

I am rewatching a second time, despite the drama being memorable as a good drama, I somehow still feel excited re-watching this, not as much as SOYP but in the lines of Master's Sun on Kim Sam Soon, but this much lighter in tears compared to the mentioned dramas.

The lower rating seems to be from haters as the lowest it should get should be an 8, to me however, this is a perfect 10 since I am inclined to rewatch it.
