I dont actually hate it! I think all the actors are good. From what I understand is the couples are actually from…
I believe that there are 3 novels, FighterTutor, SaifahZon, and BlueDew. Considering there is barely any interaction, they should have removed all mention of BlueDew (and the rest of the soccer players really), and do that as a separate BL show. Maybe with a few cameo by the other two couples.
The other two couples had much more interaction, making it much harder to separate. That is probably why they merged the two novel into this current season. The problem is that the tone for FighterTutor (Drama) and SaifahZon (Comedy) is so different that it feels jarring going between the two storylines. They should have chosen a tone and just rewrite the other novel so it share a similar tone. Alternatively, they should have kept it as 3 shows. However, I can see the studio not wanting to do that since there would be significant spoilers just because of the shared interaction scenes between Tutor and Zon.
In the series they basically have no plot. They hated each other before and now they're all lovey-dovey, no explanation…
Considering how much they left out, they can basically create a season two for just the side character that happens concurrently as season one, since there is basically 0 overlap between the side characters and the two main couples
1. There are 14 episodes - confirmed by production2. No one knows, u can ask the production on their Twitter or…
Also, from the statements, it sound like most of the Fighter/Tutor scenes were filmed already, hence the heavier focus on them in the remaining episodes. It is SaifahZon and the side characters that still have a good amount of missing scenes. Hence the promise for a makeup special SaifahZon episode.
From the comments, it sounds like he said that Zol's story gave a good ending to SaiZon, but for FighterTutor…
I have to say, I somewhat hope the ending for FighterTutor isn't good. Mostly because that would make it more likely for a second season so they can end up together.
I think they have to weight between...apologize to continue making money from China and prepare the good explanations…
I think the statement above is that GMM *is't* making any (or at least negligible) money from China so it make more sense for them to ignore this as much as possible in hope that it fizzle out
Off topic about something i always wondered is it me or is Drake and Frank always in a drama together?
Since My Tee, that seems to be the case. Drake were in a few shows before then. Not only them, but a lot of other BL "pairs" seems to develop good working relationship so either request to work together or the network keep them together. OffGun and NewTay are two prominent examples. This also keep the shippers happy and probably help the success of their new shows, compared to if they work separately
So I was working late and it ended up being past midnight so I said "since I'm up why not stream the 'Lunch with…
I made a similar comment after their first Live at Lunch. That plastic separator is basically useless since it doesn't even extend that far back. The only way it can stop the spread is if they lean forward the entire time.
I completely agree that they should not be sending both of them out to do promotion at this time. There has been so many videos lately of them doing promotion on different thai shows. Most of the time, they aren't even wearing masks. Considering how successful the show is already, putting the two's health in danger is both unnecessary and set a bad precedent.
LOL! Thats the least of their worries when the world are already boycotting them lmfao!
Considering China's stance on LGBT, China was never a large market for GMMTV. What can China do? Ban a show that is likely already banned due to the LGBT content?
Saw the spot trailer. And I have questions, like what the hell did zon mean???
From the comments, it sounds like he said that Zol's story gave a good ending to SaiZon, but for FighterTutor he trails off. This implies that the ending for FighterTutor in the novel isn't good, but hopefully that was just teaser manipulation
I get the fact that saizon did not have enough screen time is making all saizon fans disappointed. But guys, their…
Considering they are selling box sets of the series right now, I wonder if that box set will be the series as it is aired (14 eps + 1 special), or the series as it meant to be (14 eps with the missing scenes edited in).
It surprises me they went to air with the series not having finished filming. I think it would have been better…
The original intent was to finish filming before the show starts in June. They got offered an earlier timeslot by the channel and they took it, thinking they can finish filming as the show airs. While it would be great if they can go on hiatus til this covid19 blows over, they already paid for the tv slots and would lose a lot of money if they do not forcibly continue. Them agreeing to finish filming some of the missing scenes once covid19 is over is probably the best we can hope for.
What I wonder is whether they will re-cut everything for the box set they are currently selling. If they do, then the box set will probably offer the most coherent story at the end of all this
Did Mark give consent? He was drunk enough to consistently mistaken Vee as Bar. I don't think he was in any shape…
I agree that what Mark said can be somewhat considered as being open to sex. But from the start of the scene when Mark mistaken Vee for Bar, it is pretty clear that Mark was already far too drunk to give informed consent. Once they showed that Mark was that drunk, it is no longer right of Vee to have sex with him.
It gives the wrong lesson to impressionable viewers: That it is okay to have sex with someone who is clearly way too drunk as long as that person say something that can be considered agreement.
They haven't said anything about DewBlue & JapanTanthai stories? I wonder if they have shot the ending for those.
Considering they barely progress the storyline for those two couples even before Ep8, I wouldn't expect much change to happen there. The best chance those two stories will be explored is if there is a second season.
I'm so confused. Mark and Vee had s**, right? But Mark doesn't seem to mind it at all. I mean, I expected him…
I think part of the whole hysterical yell and anger is usually because at least one or both characters are still in denial about being gay. It is clear since the last installment that Mark is already fine with being gay, considering he was chasing after Bar.
I actually wasn't gonna watch this while it was airing. However, I saw a clip from LineTV on Twitter and I decided…
Did Mark give consent? He was drunk enough to consistently mistaken Vee as Bar. I don't think he was in any shape to give informed consent. The only reason it is somewhat acceptable right now is that they glossed over the sex part, so the audience had no idea exactly how much consent was involved. Either way, I hope this end well for Mark though
