I read PMR first and decided to read MMH also when it was released because they had the same trope. Maybe they tried to capitalize on the success of one to bolster hype for the other as well, idk.

I actually really liked the gaming premise but that's probably because I actually play those kinds of games. But they're skippable, just like the aerospace scenes if you don't like it. I'd say the gaming scenes in Love O2O are harder to skip than YAMG.

Another novel reader! I read the novel first too, so I was a bit hesitant because I thought Dylan wouldn't be able to pull off the effortlessly chic mature novel Shi Yan because he was way different than what I had imagined. But he did well, and I was able to get over it eventually lol thanks to me being a sucker for Dylan in glasses.

He's naturally goofy and more outgoing, but because of his stunning visuals, producers like to typecast him into cold ML roles. I like him well enough in those but I like it much more when he's allowed to be silly, like you mentioned in Rookie Historian. I also love when he breaks his stoic look in A Good Day to Be a Dog (like when he sees dogs lol)

Lol I thought I was being a bad carat by dropping it but I really couldn't keep going. I'd rather wait suspiciously for Miaoyi's next drama with Dylan Kuo and hope Jun comes out with another (better!) drama later on.

An extra episode? The last episode I remember watching was the graduation episode. I think I saw a special episode but it just looked like a recap of the whole series so I didn't finish it. Was that the one?

I'm honestly terrified to watch this because it's been a while since I finished the WEBTOON and STILL remember every single event in there, especially the ones I'm certain will end up in the drama and idk if my heart can handle it again

I have high hopes for this after watching Perfect Marriage Revenge. I've read both WEBTOONs together as they updated and PMR did well in adaptation. I'm a little iffy on the casting of the ML considering I think he looks too...cute? More cute neighborhood oppa than broody CEO, but he's an actor so I'm sure he can deliver!

Oh same! I wasn't really impressed with Miaoyi and Junhui's drama, even though I'm a longtime fan of his group. It's not terrible, just...bland. So I decided not to continue. You Are Desire cut off abruptly and the entire last episode made me so frustrated, but overall it was great! I loved the OST so much I couldn't bring myself to skip the credits, but I found myself eagerly heading to the next episode.

It really is deplorable, you're absolutely right. I had a very competitive department so I saw a little even in university. Connections are everything in my area, so people would do anything to get more, including stealing clients, etc. I did use a connection to get my job, but only because I was asked to apply due to my boss's lack of trust in her current employees, and I used my own skills to get past the other rounds of interviews.

I hate to say I really have seen co-workers like this. I work in finance and I've seen so much back-handed scheming it's ridiculous. My current company is okay, but the clients I work with all have horror stories of how they dodged shady tactics to get to where they are.
