Then if you are knowledgeable about Thai laws and how detrimental they are to teenagers you have every right to judge it as well as not like it.
And I'm not knowledgeable about that like I've been saying for the past 3 comments to you!! And only when I read, study, and learn about the Thai judiciary and their impact on their society will I be able to form a rational judgment bout Thai laws.
Until then, I really can't pass a judgment about why they have a legal ruling were 15 years old are consenting adults. SO again "who am I to judge?!"

I did bring it up, to reference their laws, where 15 is a consenting adult. The OP didn't bring it up.
And yes we are free to judge anything, so judging another different country's laws is your perspective. You have every right not to like it.
And to me personally 15 year olds are not adults, even 18 year olds are children to me, and I don't at all like minors in relationship with adults.
BUT I REFUSE to judge Thailand because their rule is "15 year olds are consenting adults."
And the reason for this is, I am a white woman who knows NOTHING about why they have these laws, and I don't want to comment or judge because I know nothing of how Thailand works.
That's why in my original comment I said "who am I to judge?" NO ONE just a westerner with no idea why they have this law.
Anyways shameless plug, go and read my Vegas Pete fanfiction. It's consensual, slightly funny, a little angsty, and will make you feel good (at least I hope!!) Comment and Kudos are always loved

I'm not saying or generalizing or even saying ALL cultural practices should be perpetuated.
What I'm trying to convey is I don't know enough about Thailand or their culture to nonchalantly state that their laws are wrong. To me, personally that is grossly overstepping my boundaries.
I'm not going to police an entirely different country's law just because it infringes on my moral sensibility.
Personally do I think 15 year olds are adults, or for that matter 11, 12 year olds?? Heck no, but I'm not the kind of person who is going to condemn an entire country, an entire community for laws that don't make sense to me as a complete outsider, with no knowledge about them.
I left for a few hours and came back to a whole lot of fucking drama! Everyone is entitled to their opinions and…
MDL is supposed to be my happy place to cry for VP in between episodes, but now it's a whole lotta chaos, not even fun, enjoyable chaos. It has just turned crazy
Vegas wiggling eyebrows: You mean an Asshol-DER... Yours specifically??
