I feel you. I stopped watching too although knowing that those spoiled aristocrat characters of that time took women for granted. I think that his attitude was not well developped. The director left the audience to guess which is not correct because not everyone has the ability to analyse the reasons that drove the character to act like this and the consequences on the audience's mind. I understand the character behavior and do not agree wit. I remember his friend telling him that she liked him. She might have been interested and curious about his personality, but as a youngster in heat moreover without the correct upbringing into his life, he took it into his hands and accepted her smile as a YES. His not innocent neither is the other sitting on the fence.

Zhao Lu Si nailed her role. Was it because she was already stepping into her depression that made her so fragile and a fighter at the same time ? She is so brave. There are always health lessons she shares in her stories with her audience. I noticed that she is the only actress gifting us with her generosity. She is so young with a huge soul.
You are so brave viewers to watch this story that too often describes reality. The sypnosis already breaks my heart although I am craving to watch these amazing actors (both genders) perform to their best. The 2023 Cdrama Imperfect Victim had me in tears and I don't want to repeat the emotions I went through. I shall read your comments though as it is same as watching this story.

As for TFF poetic script, lots of kisses, hard life for female lead, heartbreaking scenes, very down to earth PTSD mental illness syndroms. Although the ride is worth it, wait some days to dig into it should you like this genre of Cdrama.
