"No wonder he's always dead set on killing me. I could have made a headline: handsome man killed in the woods."…
I am not sure we can compare that. The roles that Bison and Fadel played were strictly transactional (their marks bought them, so they knew there were no actual feelings involved and they knew each other for few minutes) but Kant and Styles approached them like they were there only due to romantic feelings and had no ulterior motive. They were playing for days/weeks with them, so it's prolonged emotional manipulation. Let's not forget that the marks Bison and Fadel took out weren't portrayed too deeply or sympathetic and who cannot love our bad boys?
I am so waiting on crazy Bison once he learns the truth about Kant. He is going to slay... me ๐Ÿคญ

I would dispute that as Kant kept quit about the actual job brothers do... and also plays with Bison feelings…
That doesn't change much IMO - they both play with other's feelings for financial/material gain (just because said gain in this case is partially for Babe doesn't change that - I am saying partially because if Kant was really that worried about/protective of him he would have never let Babe and Bison meet). Kant could have refused and perhaps get his blackmailer in trouble as the threat was a double edge sword (as the offenses were expunged by the guy).
If Kant was upfront about brothers profession then they would be more or less on the same level of jerk.

Can we discuss how the biggest jerk out of the four is style...dude literally played with fadel's feelings just…
I would dispute that as Kant kept quit about the actual job brothers do... and also plays with Bison feelings so double jerk (we have a saying of what he he doing here: [going] trough corpses to the goal).
So far the only one not morally gray/black is Babe (whom Kant also puts in danger - does he not think that Babe might be collateral damage if/when Bison finds out? Triple jerk for Kant IMO).

Oh no! Morally gray characters ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Some of you really sound silly. This show is not supposed to be taken seriously…
I think working undercover wouldn't usually be classified as bad - in Kant's case it's more because of stealing cars (and who know what else he did that he wants so desperately to erase from his records? ๐Ÿค” He wants it badly enough to expand circle of possible collateral damage to people closes to him).
So far I think Kant might be the worst - character-wise - out of mains (his handler and the brother's handler are not mains): I get he wants to become squeaky clean but he claws his way to the top (in my country we say he [goes] over corpses to the goal ๐Ÿ˜‰).
Doesn't matter if it's his best friend - he hasn't warned him about possible danger (he basically lied in last EP to Style's face). When you have friends like that - who needs enemies?
He lets Bison around his much younger brother (who Kant seems to like and doesn't seem to consider a burden). What if Bison learns the truth and decides to hit where it would hurt Kant the most? Kant doesn't know him well enough to rule out this possibility (Kant hasn't warned his brother either).
And of course he plays with Bison's feelings (here at least he has some karma ๐Ÿคญ).
Fadel and Bison kill people but theoretically the victims are bad guys and at least Bison doesn't want this life anymore (I think that their handler manipulated them a lot over the years). He seems to really like Kant (he was giggling like school girl when he was asked out). You can also tell that the brothers care about eachother. At least Fadel usually says "no" but Bison doesn't have to turn up his charm to Ray (from Only Friends) levels to get what he wants. Fadel is also relatively patient with his stalker - Style.

I think this discussion board might devolve to Only Friends at one point where people were basically rating morality of the characters (spoiler: there was only 1 character that wasn't at one point or other just the worst - April) or fiercely defending Boston (undefendable).

Wait I only watched the trailer and some previews and it looked really good, so why does this have only 7.1 rating?
Trolls - they bombed ratings with like 1 stars but it's slowly back climbing up (it was over 8 before that).

Title 8Hours
the 2nd leads already took up more then half of the screen time in the first season and now they r literally dead.…
There are several ways they can make 2nd couple come back but my best guess would be that ending of 4 Minutes was the same lie as the begining. What I mean is that the ending was suspiciously good: the fallout was relatively small + they found that getaway place (and let's not forget how and where doc was shot - not only he got help on time but was like a spring chicken quite fast). This leads me to believe that it's another hallucination/wishful thinking. Perhaps most of the 4 Minutes was it because the "real" relationship building between the mains was severely lacking IMO - it got from zero to negative to 100...

Title 8Hours
The only way I can see KornTonkla possibly being in this is if it's through flashbacks, or dreams or something.…
I see other options as well. My strongest suspicion is No. 4.
1. Like there is a saying that people have their doppelganger - so perhaps we meet theirs.
2. And/or they had secret twin brother given up at birth.
3. Another possibility is to use the same actors in new characters and not acknowledge that they look the same (change their make up/hairstyle and we have Clark Kent/Superman situation...).
4. Another option is that the ending of 4 Minutes was part of what 8h is about. What I mean is 4 Minutes started with telling us basically lies about main couple - only after several EP we learned the truth of what actually happened and that the beginning was kind of hallucination happening inside MC's brain during trauma he was experiencing. So perhaps this ending was a lie as well. The most suspicious for me was finding that getaway place (where they checked the watched and it moved past the 4 minutes) - both of them were there physically for the 1st time, so how come the place from somebody's hallucinations came to exist? Also the ending was a bit too good to be true (excluding 2nd couple) - giving up all the money like that, theoretically going to prison but not worrying about it (I am not just meaning the literal time there but consequences: MC hasn't finished his studies, how is he going to make a decent living with criminal record? There are also social consequences that he won't be able to skirt around due to lack of money etc.).

The question is what are 8 hours refering to. Is it about of sleep needed per day? Maybe they take a drug or something that is making hallucinations lasting 8h? It might make the user think that their loved ones are back or that they went to palarel dimension(s) where they all had different ending...

Title Fragile
all the people surprised at the ending, pls go watch skam norway s3 (or all seasons lol) it's sooooooooooooooooooooo…
I must say I liked FR version a lot. They even got more seasons (I think there were 12, or so) and continuation of our "core group" life in later seasons (I think they were allowed to "use" them till 6-7 season). They had interesting storylines like one season focused on character getting deaf.
But back to SKAM S3 FR - one has to admit that the mural scene was classic french scene and super beautiful. The actors mentioned that they washed for hours to get the paint off and weren't successful ๐Ÿ˜‚. They also used their own clothes and apparently haven't noticed when director said cut ๐Ÿคญ
I also really like the running out of church scene. Apparently the filming crew was barely keeping up with the pace of running and the "meeting" with the car was planned but actor was not aware, if I remember correctly, so his expression was genuine (they also shoot it like right after the tunnel+rain scene).
Also the soundtrack was fantastic (OG version had the iconic "5 fine frokner", no doubt) - I loved the piano he played ("I love you" by Riopy), trailer which is IMO quite important ("In Motion" by Colouring - remix), party ("Losing myself" by Stephen Cornish), it was just a snipped while they show school's courtyard ("Glamour Monsters" by Brice Montessuit), church/run scene ("Remember" by Seinabo Sey), tunel scene ("Last dance" by Scratch Massive), painting scene ("Swedish Garden" by Bryce Davoli), at the end ("Everlasting" by Phil Stevens) and plenty others I can no longer recollect from the top of my head but those above I would play on repeat for a long time.

6.6 wow one of the lowest i've seen
Oh believe me there are worst series!
Lady Boy Friends (Thai) + Ever After (Philipino) are both below 5 ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. I saw some snippets from LBF and no wonder... I cannot say much about EA because I just cannot get into Pinoy series (even the famous ones like Like in the Movies or Gameboys - which concept I found quite interesting - could not hook me up on Pinoy ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ).

Contrary to general opinion (as I can gather from most coments), I really enjoyed this series and my overall balance…
I just finished it and agree to most.
For the ex storyline, I was having additional issue - Diew straight up lied to God. He was asked multiple times who Pee was to him and "just a senior" is a lie.
Yes, 2nd couple was a big flop to me. Pairing that up with the missing friend plotline that was just illogical (just to point out the obvious from the start how exactly Ton was able to find him but his friends had no idea? And it went even more downhill once we got resolution).
I would say that 3rd couple was a pleasant surprise. God's frenemy and Diew bestie were not shown together much but I loved the scene at the concert, where Game was talking to God ๐Ÿคฃ and Win to Diew (I would like to crown Diew a victor in that face off ๐Ÿคญ).

How side are they? Barely there or more like in The Trainee (there was a lot of their screen time - so much that complaints were pilling up)?

Jane tearing up those old breakdown sheets is symbolic. I guess he's ready to move on and work at Nine's company...…
I think that Jo was actually waiting for Jane to do it, to come out of his shell and become his own director. So I think Jane is not going to work with Nine but not is he going to start his own company - he is going to be director in Good Pick with his own style ๐Ÿคž

Pie says that Ryan hasn't changed, but that's a lie. Ryan is not the same deer-caught-in-headlights Ryan when…
Those were my exact thoughts about him! Besides Pie said that he is the same as in: a man of few words. Yes, he still is like that but as you said - he uses his words better now, got more confidence (no surprise as he had no clue about the job at the beginning and is a bit of a clutz) and is more open. I see a lot of growth (even though they put to much focus on the 2nd couple: I am still not fan of their storyline and I don't find it super realistic for now, as people don't change that fast and drastically like Tae did - except after near-death experience - and for it to last in this scenario is a pipe dream).

I think it is all a matter of โ€œwhat might have been if we had not done x, y, and zโ€ for both, really, as people…
I thing you might have had opportunity to see adaptation of her other works: Manner of Death (MoD) and Triage (and Spare me your Mercy is apparently in the works). There was also some cooking themed series but I never watched it as reviews were quite bad (Sammon is a doctor, so MoD and other of her medical novels are easier for her to write IMO, as she knows this stuff from experience).
I haven't finished Triage (novel) yet but when it comes to MoD the screen writers changed Dr Bun's character a lot (and added extra intrigue), so it was better in that aspect. However I must say I liked BL side couple (student and a similarly aged thug) a bit more in the book - it was a more believable presentation of an actual thug (not to mention funier in some aspects: like Sarawat saying that cheating is totally out of the question because he would get beaten up and Dr Bun thinking that he has fierce GF ๐Ÿคฃ... this has extra layer of funny when one knows that Sarawat had crush on Dr Bun and Tan even pointed it out to him, so why he thought GF instead of BF? Or was that translation issue, as faen is unisex? The could have used "partner" to make it equally as unisex/ambiguous.. ๐Ÿค”).

After reading so many negative comments about EP10, a decided to wait for EP11 and check comments again (EP10 had basically everybody rebelling about lack of JaneRayan ๐Ÿคญ and too much of side character and I must say that this cheating storyline is not my coup of tea).

So now I am in the middle of EP10 and got hit once again by the photos. Tae and Bamhee have been together for year but it seems like they only have 2 pictures together (and each was using one of the photos as their social media picture) - they are reusing it them to the max. On a side note: they should both stay single for a while, do some serious introspection and only then start a new relationship (I would honestly not be able to trust my partner if they cheated). Now Bahmee is complaining about Judy to Pie (ฯ€) ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ - she is doing exactly the same thing she did with Tae. Why not communicate with the person who it is actually about?
Now to Rayan - printer "talk" had expected resolution but was still quite cute (the waist of paper! ๐Ÿ˜ญ What is chat/social media/etc. for if not for this? If they want to keep it private, then there are chats that delete itself after X amount of time ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ).
I am wondering if Pie (ฯ€): knows already but just teases Rayan about Baimon, just found out from the papers or is actually still clueless ๐Ÿค”

Have you read any of Sammon's novels (she is screenwriter here)? This is how it usually goes in her novels: one of the mains inexplicably gets obsessed with the other one (like love from 1st sight but add a big scoop of obsession), so for me it's kind of like her standard setting. I was hopping that somebody would help her with character building as IMO it's her weakest point (including romance) but either they needed more EPs to flesh them out or better writing ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

On Cosmetic Playlover Sep 7, 2024
Until I think EP02 I was certain that the title is Cosmetic Playover (yes, I "eat" L in PlayLover) ๐Ÿ˜… which made this make not much sense but I was like whatever ๐Ÿคฃ
I get Toma falling in love (we see the progression) but Natsume? It's kind of 0 to 100 for him IMO. It felt like some parts were missing (like with loving arrangements) - I think only once they indicated how much time has passed, which would make behind the screen progression more logical.
I loved the supportive family members (and coworkers) - they were so shipping them ๐Ÿคญ
Toma's apartment - I had such a deja vu of What Did You Eat Yesterday? I think that the entrance was in a different place, thought (in CPL it was - when one looks towards kitchen, from behind the table - on top right but in WDYEY? it was on the left, so behind sitting Toma).
I liked it better than Takara no Vidro but it's not JP BL I am used to, like it was not cute/charming (like Kieta Hatsukoi or Bokura no Shokutaku or 8.2 Byo no Hosoku) or with unhinged/obsessed characters (like Taikan Yoho or Utsukushii Kate) or porn with plot (like Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu). It was missing that distinctive JP vibe but it wasn't bad. I liked that Natsume was quite brave (I think he was out to his family) and they talked the issues most of the time.

So... I'm only on episode 2 and I read some of the comments here but... I'm wondering what is so good about this…
I am almost at the end and it's kind of like My Beautiful Man - we get the other guys perspective a bit and he was interested from the beginning and is insinuating for few EPs that he, like his mother, use what they can to get whet they want but I could not pinpoint it (the only problem was that he was not actually answering so of the questions).
This doesn't change the fact that I thought as well that changing university just to say thank you is not exactly normal (and piercing his ears ๐Ÿ™„). Starker was also my 1st thought (and then he got his own stalker ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ). Let's add to that his overall behaviour, like needing minutes to string a sentence - I don't get his appeal at all. Then again the series talks about beauty being in the eyes of beholder ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
At the end there is mention of spin-off, so I am hoping for resolution to hiking with grandfather Vs university...

You mean slutier/regular versions? If so: slutier is longer (due to regular having cut some "spice").
