Yeah, these 'fans' surprised me with how unsophisticated they were. I knew they were gunning for him from a prev Nov promo with SZN where they tried to smear him there. But to appear on the official drama comments & now DB is an own goal, as it'll tarnish themselves & BB's work too.

In the book, the ending was a sacrifice too. He deliberately didn't dodge an attack during the last showdown.

I haven't watched it yet but I'm so glad he's ended up as more than that.

I feel bad for WD, he's just trying to play his part well but he's been getting a hate campaign from some of BB's fans. It's gotten to the point that his fan club stepped in 2 days ago saying they were being reported to some WB platform. They're spreading that he 'added' scenes etc. But when they counted his mins & it was less, definitely in line with a 2ml. So they then moved the goalpost to he has backers & had his story changed lol. This lot was pissed when the FC reported them they went onto the Douban page & posted loads of entries repeating the same smears.

What I don't get is they are also ruining BB's work as the Douban page had a decent score & healthy discussions talking about the drama before, so passerbys might give it a try. Now ( I'm not sure if DB has dealt with it) it's full-on weird hate entries bashing a cast member, making this drama look so tacky wtf🤦🏻‍♀️.

Yeah, anything goes. To me, DL is ZM, but after being traumatised, XXC was his fragment returned. If it goes like the book, the exchange between TM & DL will release DL back into XXC/ZM/DL, so their consciousnesses combine, a bit like the storyline in 'Starry Love' when his past selves combined... in a good way.

Haha, we saw HT condemn TM to the mortal realm for a 10,000 yr trial of 'Love & Misery.' However, was that a red herring when we see them interact after ZM was sealed... we're going into Wizard of Oz territory😁wow.

Yes! I really hope the express package does drop tomm. I think there will be a twist as the Hao Tian char is still outstanding, like what's happened to him. On the face of it, TM is trying to re-seal DL with the assistance of the alliance, but he could be there for another reason related to HT.

Also, TM now having half of the CP energy is a similar dynamic to the book's ending. So him having it should be interesting where they go with that... actually 4 parts is not enough now😒.

These 2 eps were worth waiting for, I feel we can do with another 8 for this arc. I Love Feng Yao & Xuan Xin's story, so short but painful. & it's funny TM gets scenes with XX, as in the book they're described as looking alike, same with 2FL & MXL, but they didn't touch on that in drama.

I can understand DL's trauma & betrayal & how he's shut down & twisted up now. It makes sense to me. It'll be interesting how he unravels as we get to part 40.

Also love SZN's acting. I wasn't sure of her before, but now she's blown me away. She holds her own like she's been an FL for years. Looking forward to her next projects🖤.

WD's voice is also here, especially as NXY. SZN & ZBB also dubbed themselves. VA's were used in addition in certain scenes.

Looks can play a part, as it's part of the package of a performance. This char, I don't condone nor hate him like others. As I said above, I don't get attached to any chars. I like this actor & his acting, & I like his performance here, even playing an evil char. But that doesn't mean I'm justifying his actions; it's entertainment to me, not real life.

Agree. Looks aren't enough for me tho. It is the acting & if I find the char interesting. While some might question how I can like a heinous char. But I don't get attached to chars, even if they're the mains. So I'm not caught up in the rights or wrongs etc.

I loved how they handled it, it was poignant and poetic. But I feel it foreshadows a sad ending for Feng Yao... I hope I'm wrong.

I quite like that cosmic rule angle. If they do that well, like a web interconnecting cause & effect, this could be a good close to this drama🤞🏻.

It's A' Zhu, how she meets Zhao Ming when she falls into the mortal realm, & he nurtures her into human form. We see some of the backstory of her as an artefact with 2ml/Tian Ming. The love story of 2FL & 3ML. They introduce Hao Tian, the super GOD, who seems to have planned for ML to go against the Divine Realm. Basically, it's setting up his battle with the Divine Realm & why he's demonised.

That's actually what they want😉. Most of the time WD's fanclub tells everyone to not engage with the haters but it's got to the point today where they've issued a statement refuting the slandering & lies that WD had the script changed in his favour.

Some of B's fans want to vent as the drama didn't make it big, they want to place the blame onto WD even though when counted his screentime (& even I was surprised), he's not on screen that much🤷🏻‍♀️.
