Not sure if this pans out🍉. Wang Duo's rumoured to be playing - Wang Chan. Don't know if the character's from the book, but hope it's true as he's an amazing actor. Especially when playing intense, complex characters.

I saw Zhou Xun's 'drinks' scene on Weibo, loved it even tho couldn't understand every word. Then watched 4 preview eps that showed ambiguity. Be interesting how they'll do this.

Yes Wuxin was sharp n interesting then he was MIA for most of BOY. That's why I side eye Yin Tao. It's the same pattern in L&R, DT. I get directors have their vision, & he focuses on righteous, clear cut, good v bad.

I heard somewhere he was playing a monk, so it was the TT drama. It sounds interesting. It does make sense he's being pragmatic with staying with the bigger agency he knows. Luckily things panned out in the end ( thru his own talent/work being noticed on L&R) so he gets better resources outside of them.

Hopefully we can now see him doing his thing in the future coming dramas 🌞🙏🏼.

I haven't seen your book ones, as haven't visited this forum 4 awhile. Apparently he might on a costume drama with Tang Yan next. There's more to look forward to from now onwards, inc the one with YBY ( heard it's passed review). I'm surprised he's still with H&R Century, they don't seem to value or utilise him well when they had him in his 20s🤫.

I haven't seen TLT but noticed him from L&R from his 1st scene. It was his look n something 'ambiguous' about him....Could you spoil me as I'm on hold atm. Does his screen time increase in the next 8 eps?

I thought it was just me who noticed ( I'm still on ep 32). I thought LXY deserved an Oscar 4 getting thru that 'puppet/incense scene. The faces he was making 😁.

Re: the ratings. I've heard it a few times ppl trying to up the amount of comments, rate eps separately to influence the score. Does anyone know if MDL ratings actually work like VLinkage's?

What's with the costume designer, now it's JZ's turn 2 show his 'chesticles'😏. He does look good in purple. Also liking LYT's high bun & her hair with the back adornments when she had her red costume.

As for DW kiss scenes...I reckon they will film them as LYT has not shied away in the past, & I think we'll get 'prowling' DW scenes, 4 sure. Seeing the recent vids of him in white from Xiao An, I'm excited for the production as the contrasts would be a better watch than a 1D villain. You mentioned a video a of him smiling at her & her not looking, I also saw that! Tho I'm inclined to think hers was more innocent/distracted at the time. While him, I don't know as don't know him well, so.....😉.

I'm confused. The feel is so polar to b4 like I'm watching another drama😵. I've not seen his acting (only 10min clip of MTD) so I actually love seeing his many diff looks in one place. Plus there'll be more highlights. If done well it can showcase his acting.

Loved the video with Riley. I had a feeling they'd get on as they both like a laugh, feel their scenes would be so sweet. Whereas DW's prowling self would b the opp : tension & darkness (which I love). Be interesting 2 see their dynamics💥🖤💘.
