Perfect Or Imperfect marriage revenge?

this is lowkey irrelevant to the review but I don't I am just gonna mention it anyways so like I'm currently prepping for an entrance exam and feeling stressed. While doing my accounts homework, I wasn't enjoying the music, so I randomly chose to watch a drama. Surprisingly, this got me addicted after a long break.

So this is Makjang or Soap Opera type drama which revolves the female lead, granted a who is second chance at life, navigates the challenges of altering her past decisions, rekindling lost relationships, and discovering the profound impact of seemingly small choices on her future, mainly focusing on Yi Ju's quest for revenge against her family, along with Do Guk as the male lead. Although it might be just another revenge drama, it stands out for me It's not like i haven't seen dramas like this before, it's predictable, most of the time, still the acting captivates me to watch it. And how they will bring a closure to this drama.

The female lead, Yi Ju, captivates me the most in the entire drama. Her expressions are a such highlight, ALSO I love her attitude of "YOU BETRAY ME, YOU'RE OUT" LIKE FSGCSK, rare to see since a lot FL characters forgive and give in due to emotional capacity, I really liked her confidence and overall attitude; there's a distinct aura she brings to the scene wherever needed. Kudos to the stylist for the breathtaking wardrobe choices; every outfit, especially those heels, like girl stamp on me NAUR.

Sung Hoon exudes a charismatic aura, even though the exploration of his characteristics is limited. His performance shines in scenes requiring depth, leaving no room for complaints.

The supporting characters, while at times infuriating, contribute to the low-key enjoyment. very dramatic over anything over any news, there are some truly dumb scenes, yet they somehow manage to fit seamlessly into the overall narrative and character dynamics. In the end, it's all part of the fun, I suppose. HAHAHA!

The romance between the leads was undeniably sexy , with them adding a cute and swoon-worthy dynamic to the storyline. However, the background music, unfortunately, didn't always hit the right notes, being played at inappropriate times.

Despite the occasional misstep, the overall viewing experience was enjoyable. While the script may not be flawless, it carries a sense of makjang drama which is why it was a fun watch. There are moments where you just need to switch off your brain and indulge in the drama, and you'll find it surprisingly addictive.

THANK YOU FOR READING ^^

What a disappointment....

Can a good actor save a bad script? NO.

But can a good actor make the drama bearable to watch? YES.

But does this drama have good actors? HELL NO.

Before starting the review I just wanna say it’s more like a rant than a review.

Let’s start with the name of title firstly, it’s “Now we are breaking up” but more like “Fate” ? I have been watching K-dramas for a long time now, literally every drama has the fate/destiny aspect in it which is not exactly my problem but for this drama the plot is built on fate/destiny/coincidences. Everything is so connected which feels nothing but forced.

This is supposedly a “Melodrama”(Melodrama: A genre that focuses on a dramatic plot, which is typically sensational and designed to appeal strongly to emotions). The plot is dramatic? YES, but can I feel the emotions of the main characters (HYE & JK), freaking NOO, they have no expressions throughout whole drama, they just had cold wooden face and robotic dialogue deliveries, it felt so boring to even look at them like I genuinely felt asleep.

They are the main characters so they have the largest screen time but imagine their story being the most boring of all? Can you possibly sit through it? at least I couldn’t. I’m gonna be really honest I watched this at 2x speed because the pace of the show is slow as snail. As I said the plot was dramatic but somewhat problematic as well, the writer screwed up the main leads story and their bland expressions made it even awful.

Since this was Song Hye Kyo comeback and Jang Ki Yong last drama before his military enlistment I gave it a shot, but I’m utterly disappointment with both of them. There was literally no heart fluttering chemistry between them, they just endlessly kept staring at each other.

I watched this mainly for SL couple and yeah those could act so they had more chemistry than lead couple. Some supporting characters are unreasonably crazy and wicked , my only fav supporting character was Jeon Mi Seok.

As a fashion based drama, the clothes of neither FL nor the one she designed impressed me, Hotel Del Luna or Its Okay to be not be Okay have way better styled clothes and those dramas aren't even about fashion:/

The OST doesn't suit the vibe of the drama, it's something sophisticated which the drama is hell not.

Re-watch: Never in my whole life I'm gonna re-watch this show, I had to give rating 1 because there's no option.

The drama is basically a dud like no chemistry, bad acting and problematic af main leads. I personally recommend to skip this one, the premise of the story was interesting but the execution & main characters failed to portray emotions badly, which made this show really shallow.

Potential wasted due failure in execution and lazy script writing

Reasons to watch this drama
✅ Hot Oppa with cute expressions
✅ Shower Scene which showcases his abs

Error 404, no other reasons found

just like how you were dumbfounded by my reasons to watch this drama, I WAS BY THIS DRAMA.

The writer of this show is like my college professor, trying all possible ways to get over finishing, the syallabus (script) asap meanwhile the students (audience) has no clue about what is going on.

Now let's get the review more likely the rant, started →_→

My initial view on the female lead was that I admired how she wasn't damsel in her distress and wasn't portrayed as a pushover or a crybaby. She embodied independence despite not having a job, maintaining strong morals, but the lack of communication between her and SML OH MY GOSH, like girl you have fake marriage with SML not the ML, it was awfully weird that she never told anything to the SML when they literally called each other bestfriends. Despite that, her subtle expression and acting, she's a great actress, you can watch her movie The Call, tremendous job there.

On the other hand, one major drawback of the drama was the male character. Excuse my bluntness, but while I adore Ji Han, his character had flaws. His opinions and views about certain individual often regressed, returning to square one inconsistently. He was too obsessive towards his brothers life, for idk what reason ?

SML stood out as the most clueless and unaware character throughout the drama when in fact the story revolves around him. IMO he should've been the highlight of the show, but he was treated nothing less than a side character. He consistently lagged behind by at least 2-3 episodes in understanding what was happening, even when it concerned his own marriage. Unfortunately, his queer character arc wasn't sufficiently explored, representing a significant waste of potential.

Chae Woon was the most unproblematic SFL, they tried to portray in bad light but she was the only sane and realistic person here, sadly her screen time was not less than of a cameo despite being SFL

When watching a romantic comedy, the romance aspect is crucial for it to truly shine for me. However, in this drama, while the romantic element is touched upon, it lacks full development, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. To illustrate this feeling, consider the analogy of being served instant coffee instead of filtered coffee at a café, "you'd be upset, won't you?" Just as instant coffee represents a diluted or say incomplete experience, the romance here feels incomplete, lacking the depth of connection, affection, and chemistry expected in a romantic comedy. When key aspects like romance are only partially explored, it leaves me feeling as though I've only glimpsed a fraction of what could have been a more fulfilling experience.

Like instant coffee, it can be hit or miss; for me, it was a miss. Definitely the premises of the drama, was intriguing and new twist to contractual marriages, but the lack of plot, character growth, confrontation, communication and meaningful storylines, along with underdeveloped romance, made it a huge miss. While the characters had potential as the writing miserably falls in the other half of the show, making everything remained undiscovered and underdeveloped.

I personally lost interest by episodes 5 and 6. My attention span is short, so if a show isn't good, it doesn't hold my attention but as I start a drama I never drop it. There are many better romantic comedies out there, so it's not worth wasting your precious time on this one.

So skip this , you ain't missing anything (+_+)

They served......justice!

The story follows Detective Park Yeong Han, who's a total pro at nabbing cow thieves (≧▽≦)But now, he's been transferred to Jongnam Police Station, where he and his teammates gear up to tackle corruption along with other crimes occuring in the 60s.

So let me put it out straightforwardly to y'all: the story is, most of the time, ordinary, like nothing groundbreaking or unimaginable, but the way Unit 1 solves each case charms me up and keeps me intrigued. Watching the dynamics and the bond and friendship among the teammates feels genuine and real.

Each episode brings in a new crime, which our detectives solve. As I mentioned, it's pretty ordinary, so here's the twist: you usually spot the culprit early on in this drama, but the real puzzle is figuring out the tactics they'll use to reel them in because it is more like a socialist economy (as in the 60s) where everything is controlled within the government/police authorities, and it's not easy because they have the power unless there is some solid evidence ¯◡¯. One of the main storylines is corruption in the police department, so buckle up to watch some good for nothing cops ̄ヘ ̄

The actors and characters were so endearing to watch, but there are some annoying ones too. And how can we forget Lee Je Hoon?! Man never disappoints with his acting in the action genre; it's so fun to watch him: > Yeong Han and Sang Sun duo was the highlight for me. >>

The romance could've been more developed, I felt. It was subtle and cute nevertheless, but not a main focus.

One of the things I didn't like is how some characters were used as plot devices. It wasn't fast-paced, more like a laid-out story with a leisurely pace, so sometimes I skipped scenes.

Overall, the cases are not out of the box or overwhelming, but if you enjoy the bonding between the characters, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy the show! And honestly it was pretty light hearted as a overall watch, the crimes weren't heinous compared to other crime dramas, with a sprinkle of humour!

Thank you for reading my review ^^

Firstly, this drama was made around 2018-2019 something and was delayed till 2021 lmao. I dunno the reason clearly maybe some production issue. So if you're planning to watch this you should know what to expect.

It is just another Rom Com with poorly written characters filled with cliches and old tropes. The story is pretty simple. The FL has a bad impression of ML and now they meet at "So I married An Anti Fan" a Variety Tv show and discover much more about each other.

Not gonna lie ML had some toxic behavior in Ep 1 coz he lacks listening skills. He wasn't as toxic as other ML's I have seen but definitely he has that mean behaviour in first few episodes. ML has trust issues for various reasons and even entertainment industry is scary. He doesn't have friends and lacks social skills too but isn't a cold lead I mean he expresses his care for the people he love. Choi Tae Joon playing as Hoo Joon was just OKAY nothing great at all.

FL's character really disappointed me. She never stood for herself. She gets herself in every possible embarrassing situation. She lets people make a fool out of her and doesn't take any action against it. She swallowed her pride completely. She was just an "Anti Fan" but was treated nothing less than a trash. Choi Soo Young as Lee Guen Young acted really well but I really didn't liked her character.

SL is really toxic and annoying. I couldn't stand him ever. He has reasons to be so but none can justify that for his own toxic behavior. SFL is pretty annoying too. She always cries. The SL and SFL really have a toxic relationship. All the abusive and violent behaviour is a HUGE RED FLAG.
I really didn't like a lot of side characters EXCEPT FL's friends and ML's manager

None of the characters actually had a character development neither were likable.

Music wasn't that impressive but suits the scene well.

This drama really had GOOD "Enemies To Lovers" Trope. Romance was the only reason I didn't drop this. But the leads once they fell for each other RARELY had any bickering which made this even boring.

Overall the drama is nothing WOW as a rom com. In the name of comedy it was much like "Embarrassing scenes" I'm pretty disappointed. It was a OKAY watch for me. Definitely NOT a must watch but you can give a shot.

THAT'S ALL PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF MY REVIEW WAS HELPFUL ^^

SIDE STORIES>>

"Flowers don't bloom just for one butterfly" - Bit Na

Waste of time, probably wasted 8 hours why NOT 11 hours you must think? Right? Because only the side stories are good but sadly they have less screen time :/ This drama is meaningless and will just make you frustrated.

The drama started off quite well, the realistic portrayal of modern college relationships was really relatable. The MAIN story is slow paced from the very start but at some point it became repetitive which made it boring. I have to admit that the plot was exaggerated, the drama should have been not more than 6-7 episodes honestly. But the way it continues is AWFUL and the word "realistic" is thrown out if the window and was replaced by fairy tale ending .

MAIN CHARACTERS

Nabi, honestly at first I thought Nabi AIN'T DUMB but she is. She is the dumbest character I have seen in my whole drama life. Her actions are really dumb, they can make you frustrated. I liked the way the writer portrayed Nabi's insecurities. Han So Hee really did a great job portraying the character as well.

Jae On, the walking red flag. If you're reading this please don't normalize Jae On's actions just because you're the actor's fan. Jae On's character is pretty much a playboy for whom love isn't a thing, it's just attraction. I never approved of his character. For him Nabi was also one of his butterflies. Song Kang did pretty well at first I couldn't get those playboy vibes from him but later he was a bit better.

Do Hyeok, the potato guy, he is the "cliche" good boy type character, one of those who still believe in true love. Sorry to say tho he was really nice but he was kinda pushy as well.

The main story is SO MEANINGLESS, what was the point of their story? If their was no moral of the story? this drama was a fairy tale, it definitely was. This drama is ridiculous just because the two leads had chemistry doesn't mean there toxic character had to end up together. It's not about which team you are team potato or red flag. I was legit team FL end up with nobody. Her character development where is it? FL really need self love classes.

SIDE STORIES

The only reason I didn't drop this, I won't go in detail because some of the ships were pretty unexpected. They're stories were short yet really beautiful. I'm really glad that the writer was brave enough to portray them!

MUSIC

This drama has beautiful OST lineup I swear, even if you don't watch the drama you can listen to the OST, one of my fav is "Love me like that" by Sam Kim.

OVERALL

I was glad that Korean dramas are trying something NEW than the cliche college romance drama BUT sorry this drama crashed real bad. Should you watch Nevertheless? No. Personally I won't recommend it. The outcome of drama was really disappointing. I would never recommend one to watch it.

Now this drama is definitely NOT for everyone. If you can't differentiate between what's toxic and what's not, please don't watch this.

Barbenheimer Couple✨

Is he just a Ken? NO, he's the Barbie and she's just a Ken ?✋? Mobster? WHO? Man goes on mute mode whenever he's with the FL. Peak girlboss energy.

Here's the story: Seo Ji Hwan is the CEO of a company named "Thirsty Deer," run by ex-convicts. Eun Ha, on the other hand, is a YouTube content creator for kids. Their paths cross, leading to a series of misunderstandings and embarrassing moments?

Seo Ji Hwan is such a simp, and I love him for it! ? He's always protecting everyone in his company like they're family, and those wholesome moments with his brother? Pure gold✨

Eun Ha is naive but not a plain old damsel in distress. I love her caring and loving personality, and she still has that strong, fierce side?

Their love story is so cute and cringey and well put out down honestly. It's slow, they are hesitant, awkward yet so respectful, communicate so softly with each other and it is so natural that no one is chasing anyone they both develop their feelings gradually grow over time.

But the second lead? Ugh, soooo annoying! I skipped through most of his scenes. Man wants to be FL's daddy but acts like her father. ? Why does he make choices for her and decide what's right or wrong for a grown-up adult? It's beyond me ??

✅ The chemistry between the leads and their relationship had just the right amount of angst to keep me hooked!
✅ Loved the brother-in-law and Eun Ha's bonding moments!
✅ All the events they put together were super cutesy and fun, like a feel-good montage!
✅ The ML's in action scenes?! dang, i wish we had more scenes, such a versatile actor!
✅ The conversations were well-written and felt so natural.
✅ Personally I liked the SL couple! Their mature romance was like a breath of fresh air, so intriguing!

❌ The prosecutor? Totally unnecessary. Plus, why does he act like he's part of the police force? ?
❌ The whole gangster subplot was a snoozefest. I couldn't care less and definitely couldn't take them seriously! ?

Overall, it has its fair share of clichés and melodrama, but with that nostalgic old romance vibe. It’s a feel-good, heartwarming rom-com that I’d definitely recommend! Hehehe!

The premise is unique but the execution isn't

The story is about a married couple, Hyun Woo and Hae In who have lost and disconnected in their marriage. And after Hae In being diagnosed with terminal illness they try to reconnect and overcome their marital and life crisis.

In the early episodes, you might perceive ML as a jerk, which indeed he was. However, both the ML and FL exhibited similar behavior towards each other, indicating a lack of communication between them. So you should understand the distress experienced by the ML and his reaction to the preceding situation.

ML and FL undeniably have chemistry! They are one of the most eye candy couple one could ask for. However, the director seemed to overdo it in trying to sell their chemistry when it was already apparent. Repeating the same shot from 15 different angles and having them stare at each other for 2-3 minutes during every conversation felt excessive, especially given that they were already married. I also didn't like how they overly emphasized the childhood and fate connection between the leads.

I also thought this show would have the leads with in depth conversations between them about what went wrong in their marriage and why they drifted, showing their past love story was also a good move but I still felt that her illness magically resolved all their issues, conflicts and misunderstandings without much communication about their drift.

The drama primarily focuses on the familial and villain storylines, accounting for more than 70% of its content. If you're expecting a romantic comedy, I'd suggest skipping this one. It leans more towards melodrama than romance, so if you approach it with a rom-com mindset, you might be disappointed.

The most intriguing premise of the show was rebuilt of relationship between the ML and the FL, but unfortunately, we hardly saw any development on that front. Instead, the focus was primarily on a rich chaebol family facing a crisis.

This drama doesn't rely on action-packed sequences or rapid plot developments; instead, it embraces a slice-of-life approach with a leisurely pace. The drama has undeniable number of cliches although which are easily predictable, it couldn't categorized itself as "Cliche done right" for me.

Each character is meticulously fleshed out, their stories, personalities, and arcs fully explored. Almost every supporting character gets their own story arc. Initially, some seemed uninteresting, but as the drama progressed, even their stories became a little compelling,

A drama requires a balanced flow in it's story and narrative, but when you throw unnecessary tropes every episode without concluding the previously more believably it feels artificial that's what went wrong for "Queen of Tears", they threw plot twists left and right which were not even interesting or amusing rather cliche. Had they focused on one genre properly, like "Life" and "Action" offer two completely different paces so the simultaneous shifting from one to another disrupted the overall pace of the show, where some scenes were intriguing but some awfully filler and boring .

The writer overly focused on the villain arc. It didn't feel reasonable; instead, it felt forced to the point of frustration. This aspect significantly detracted from the overall vibe of the drama. Motive and the narrative regarding the villain was left underdeveloped despite so much focus on it.

The music is nice, but they played the same music during every sad scene, it lacked variety just like the plot LMAO.

With one of the highest budgets in the industry, the cast, locations—especially Germany with its breathtaking scenery—wardrobe, and the prominent Mercedes PPL ?, it served quality but it still isn't a criteria for a good drama for me.

Overall, this didn't offer anything particularly special. I've been watching dramas for four years, and there's nothing new I've seen here. While some twists here and there are amusing, the overall plot isn't too surprising. The writer chose the cliche route despite the unique premise, and the long 1.5-hour episodes didn't help either. The production and top-quality actors carried the drama because the plot was definitely lacking.

I lost my interest by Ep 10, watching the rest of it was a chore indeed.

REWATCH: It's really lengthy for a rewatch, and the only scenes id rewatch are of main leads, so id just watch a edit or mv of them, rather than the whole show.

Thank you for reading my review ^^

Crashed Course or it delivered?

So I literally unaware of it's hype and jumped into this after seeing the tags and it's OFC intrigued TITLE "CRASH COURSE IN ROMANCE" like it's cute.

This drama beautifully portrays a mother-daughter relationship that transcends mere blood ties. Additionally, it sheds light on the harsh realities of the education system and the extreme obsession parents often have with their children's grades.

GENRE/TAGS:

If you're seeking a pure Romantic Comedy, this might not be the right pick. It incorporates elements of mystery and thriller as early as the second episode. While there is chemistry between the characters, the romantic aspect may not be entirely satisfying due to insufficient development, especially considering it's marketed as a rom-com.

ACTING:

The main and supporting characters delivered their performances as per the script, showcasing their potential, although the writer didn't fully utilize them. Jeon Do Yeon portrays Nam Haeng Seon's simplicity and vibrant energy exceptionally well, making her optimistic views towards life palpable. Jung Kyung Ho as Choi Chi Yeol exudes charisma and a mesmerizing vibe, balancing humor, a hint of arrogance, and a soft side seamlessly.

MUSIC: The OST is soothing to ears

OVERALL OPINION:

This drama starts off strong, captivating viewers with its engaging, fun, and delightful storyline. However, after episode 10, it loses its way, becoming extremely messy with shallow plot development, numerous plot holes, and unresolved questions, leaving viewers puzzled and disappointed.

This drama would have been more effective as a character-driven story rather than relying heavily on its plot. The writer's attempt to keep viewers engaged by introducing numerous subplots in almost every episode ultimately led to a lack of resolution and coherence by the end.

To be honest, the drama could have benefited from a greater focus on developing its characters rather than incorporating a pointless mystery arc that ultimately felt underwhelming and detracted from the overall narrative.

One thing I know is this was goingggggg extremely well upto Ep. 10 (like you should literally watch till that only if you don't wanna pull your hair next 5 episodes LMAO)

In conclusion, the first ten episodes of the drama are worth watching, but beyond that, there's no guarantee of quality. If you're hoping for a compelling mystery or thriller, it's best to skip this one as it's poorly written in that aspect and may disappoint.

If you reached till here,

Serendipity's Embrace: Mash-up of all frustrating tropes

This review just not contains spoilers but basically the WHOLE plot so ^^

Am I an adult? Yes. Am I mature? You might say so. But would I ever date the guy my bestie has been crushing on forever, who couldn’t even muster up the decency to give her a proper rejection if he wasn’t interested?Just because he liked me and wanted an opportunity to see me? Nah man, ain't cute, and that’s just not my ethics.

Before someone jumps in and tells me I shouldn’t have watched if I find this kind of plot problematic, let me explain. The whole scenario reeks low-key weird.

Like, the girl was trying to set him up with her best friend, not just any friend, but her bestie. Sure, the ML liked the FL. Fine, no problem there. But did the FL even like the ML? That’s the million-dollar question! And not to mention she keeps dumping and rejecting him left and right when he hasn't confessed *once* properly.

It's like she had a fleeting heart-fluttering moment with him ages ago. It’s not that she doesn’t like him, but her feelings are kept under wraps and only revealed much later episodes . Meanwhile, the first few episodes are totally obsessed with how the SFL is head over heels for the ML?

And then there's this unnecessary ex, who's like, "?????????" Seriously, why, brother? Who TF are you? It's like he just entered the FL's life "FOR THE PLOT."

One moment, the SFL is going crazy over her 10-year-old crush, and the next, she's ready to sacrifice him for her friend. Cool, okay, mature. But FL, my sweetie, just because he's suddenly available doesn't mean you should grab him. I guess that's the main problem here: it consists of only 8 episodes, and the rapid developments ruined the characters with its fast pace.

It's 2024, and we still have such controlling parents, I mean THAT MAN IS 29 YR OLD, It's like, why are you still making choices for him ?

Instead of dramas about toxic parenting followed by miraculous redemption, let's make a documentary and call these types of parenting :d

The chemistry was weak, and the plot was weighed down by too much focus on unnecessary side stories, which weakened the main romance.

Overall, the drama didn't offer anything too exciting or engaging. I was really looking forward to some great chemistry because of the actors, but it fell flat. Meh

Flawed yet somewhat healing

The story is about Chen Maidong and Zhuang Jei who met again after years in a small village Nannping while they heal from their past wounds.

The main concept of the show, revolving around "death," made it heavy and uncomfortable to watch at times. Constantly discussing it can be triggering for some of us, viewers. Although I didn't mind it most of the time, it still wasn't an easy watch.

FL portrays herself as free-spirited , extroverted and mature person yet she continually hurts ML due to her insecurity. While it's understandable for her to feel insecure, it's not acceptable to treat others poorly because of it. Her character was a red flag for me, especially since she doesn't hold herself accountable for her behavior but instead gets angry at ML. On a positive note, FL was a good actress, her acting and dialogue delivery was on point.

She cannot communicate for the life of hers, and then blames ML, make sense girly? Her behaviour really made me lose interest in the couple, and I just couldn't connect to them anymore:/

ML is not the most perfect character, but he does have a conscience. His job might not be particularly comfortable, but he doesn't feel ashamed of it. The actor was good at acting, but his dialogue delivery lacked the emotions necessary to connect with his character. This was the main reason I couldn't connect to many of the "death" stories in the show.

I enjoyed the SL couple's story much better, but they had less screen time, what a waste;)

Some aspects of the story dynamics were enjoyable and saddening while some lacked emotional depth and felt tedious and filler to watch.

Her mother's behaviour was reasonable at some extent but rest of it was a headache. She made it veryy annoying and ruined the overall vibe of the show for me.

Overall, the show was average for me. While the first half kicked off very promising, the character growth and narrative felt underdeveloped. The FL's character mainly ruined it, and the lack of emotional connection in a show centered around "death" speaks for itself.

Thank you for reading my review ^^

THIS DRAMA WILL SURELY NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!

I really don't understand why this drama is so underrated like seriously .I want to really appreciate the screen writer and director for their work .If you are a crime and mystery genre one this is it .honestly speaking after watching first episode i wasn't that into this drama but as the story goes on you'll be hooked to the drama. You'll be confused at the start like what's going on but once you start watching you'll understand how everything is connected.

There are many drama writers who get messed up sometimes but that's not the case with this you'll get answer to all your questions. The whole drama focused mainly on the story it never felt that the were off the track. This story starts when a skeleton is found on a railway station which was closed since long time. But the confusion gets more tangled because the dead body of the person they found was alive in this world how? TRAIN.A train which connect two parallel worlds. The detective was on medicine so no one couldn't even trust him like how can train join to parallel worlds. But when he traveled through it and saw the person who died in his world and was alive. But their was difference in both worlds, it all started when Do Won made different choices on that rainy day when Seo Kyung dad was killed. This story revolves how Do Won finds the killer and also how he protects whom he couldn't protect earlier. Why would a killer kill people from a world and dump in another and also not know about it?
1. The story line is actually amazing
2.The writers kept everyone in confusion the whole time but they didn't got messed till the end.
3. sometimes Do Won aka Yoon Shi Yoon spoiled the scene with his acting but that wasn't that noticeable
4. Seo kyung aka Kyung Soo jin i really can't believe she did to fell like i really didn't from her much but yaa she was really good.
5. Miss.Oh's acting is also appreciable she played her role really well(Lee Hnag Na)
6.cliffhangers in this drama are real torture like seriously just binge watch.

starting will be confusing but once you start understanding both the worlds you'll also how they are connected. The cast isn't that famous or something like that but story is phenomenal. really wish you guys to watch it. i wrote this review because many people don't know about this drama yet so i want you to give it a shot:)

ended with a happy ending

Even through backstreet rookie went through so many controversies it ended finally with a happy ending.
i guess people took it by heart idk why i guess it's just a drama and it was only for our entertainment .
1.The story was quite a simple and that's a rom-com and also slice of life can't expect more
2.JCW was quite cute sometimes but then felt he was too goofy .
3. JSB having crush for him over 10 years just because he helped her that was too lame reason like then who helps me should fall for him? they should have just given more logical reasons.
4.The fight of YJ and SB was quite interesting at starting but then that was also boring.
5.Nam ji wook part was quite interesting actually plot
6.Fire volcano and aphrodite were more interesting Lol>.<
7.The characters personality were varying every episode and their were many flaws in dramas too
8.The controveries made this drama actually popular
9.screenwriter shouln't have stretched the drama in 15 episode it felt too boring already

It was an adult webtoon and coverted in a drama . people criticize it too much i guess. we should enjoy a drama but not criticize then it's better to not watch it .All the cast and crew member worked hard if can't appreciate then let's also not criticize. overall the drama was not that good SO I CAN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WATCH IT unless and until you are a great fangirl or fanboy of JCW or KJY. the genre of the drama is slice of life i hope you don't expect to much from it. it has some funny and cute moments which make you smile but after sometime it is boring too

After a long time I watched a drama while it was airing! Vincenzo is a slow paced drama don't expect a lot of fighting scenes back to back. It's a mix of comedic element too.

The idea of the story was actually good. A mafia lawyer who come to Korea to take out the hidden gold but it ended up just like all other K-dramas talking about the corruption of the system. The creative ideas writer came up with each episode and those TOP TIER CLIFFHANGERS *Chef's kiss*. It is actually a unpredictable drama but but but Vincenzo was portrayed as so smart guy that he can't be beaten by anyone which I have never seen a drama where hero wins most of the time and this made the villain cheap indeed. And also made the drama way too boring *SIGH*

Song Joong ki did quite well in this. He got a lot better in Vincenzo I actually didn't like his acting much in DOTS but there were some scenes were I didn't actually felt his emotions .

Jang Han Seok the "SUPPOSED VILLAIN" was too relied on others that I never actually got to see his own potential. The female prosecutor is much more like a " ACTUAL VILLAIN".

The FL was annoying and her acting felt exaggerated a bit in the first 2 episodes a lot but later she got better too but yaa she definitely loud like that through out. She isn't a own strong independent FL but she listens to ML's plan and works according.

I didn't feel much bond between the tenants. The tenants were also selfish but they have a good character development in later episodes. And the BEST BOY Han Seo (Kwak Dong Yeon) That guy has so much potential but sadly he was just playing a support role :( After this drama he better get ML role.

The writer honestly wasted the potential of many characters(specifically villains) in the drama. The writer really did injustice to villains in this drama, they all were underestimated by writer.

The music is top notch to be honest. It really matches the vibe of the scene. It's catchy I really liked the music of this drama.

If you are looking for romance in this drama there isn't any actually much. The way they look at each other and them flirting AHH. You'll ship them so hard seeing those small things they do for each other. They developed a friendship while achieving there goals. It's actually a question if they had romantic feelings for each other. ROMANCE AIN'T THE MAIN FOCUS.

The duration of the drama was the biggest flaw here. This drama would have been good. If it was 20 Episodes with 1 hours duration or 16 Episodes with 1. 25 hours duration. Because a lot of scenes were filler indeed ( Mostly in Ep 18 & 19). But despite of those flaws it was a good watch for me!

If one day I suffer from amnesia I will watch this LOL just kidding. There were some moments and scenes definitely worth re watching .

Realistic but genuinely boring!

I looked forward to this one but was kinda disappointed.

PLOT
Relationships should never be too sweet nor too sour. Because if you're too "sweet" you can be taken granted and if too "sour" misunderstandings and all that stuff. The focus of the movie was "modern relationships" but I don't think the movie could do much justice to it. This story is kinda realistic but boring the start of the movie was good and hilarious but rest of the plot felt empty and boring till the very end. There was nothing surprising or wow except that plot twist lol it really got me but that made the characters even MORE pathetic!

ACTING
As always Chae Soo Bin did a great job. Jang Ki Yong was pretty much good too. Krsytal 's acting kinda felt exaggerated in a scene or two. Rest all sub cast members were good to HAHA. Tho they couldn't save this messy drama they did good job! BUT IT'S WASTED POTENTIAL DEFINITELY.

MUSIC? Did they actually had any lol.

CINEMATOGRAPHY
I think some parts were really shoot well.

OVERALL. Will I watch this AGAIN? DEFINITELY NOT i watched this first time itself in 2x speed lol. This is one time watch. This ain't a must watch but it has some good moments.
If you have free time then watch something good rather than this!

END ~
