ended with a happy ending
Even through backstreet rookie went through so many controversies it ended finally with a happy ending.i guess people took it by heart idk why i guess it's just a drama and it was only for our entertainment .
1.The story was quite a simple and that's a rom-com and also slice of life can't expect more
2.JCW was quite cute sometimes but then felt he was too goofy .
3. JSB having crush for him over 10 years just because he helped her that was too lame reason like then who helps me should fall for him? they should have just given more logical reasons.
4.The fight of YJ and SB was quite interesting at starting but then that was also boring.
5.Nam ji wook part was quite interesting actually plot
6.Fire volcano and aphrodite were more interesting Lol>.<
7.The characters personality were varying every episode and their were many flaws in dramas too
8.The controveries made this drama actually popular
9.screenwriter shouln't have stretched the drama in 15 episode it felt too boring already
It was an adult webtoon and coverted in a drama . people criticize it too much i guess. we should enjoy a drama but not criticize then it's better to not watch it .All the cast and crew member worked hard if can't appreciate then let's also not criticize. overall the drama was not that good SO I CAN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WATCH IT unless and until you are a great fangirl or fanboy of JCW or KJY. the genre of the drama is slice of life i hope you don't expect to much from it. it has some funny and cute moments which make you smile but after sometime it is boring too

A quite love story that felt so real
One thing you should know about me is that I usually do not watch C dramas because of the number of episodes they have like 28 or 36. It kind of feels a lot to me and midway through I start getting distracted and end up dropping them. This has happened to me multiple times. But there were certain dramas that I completed because they were genuinely good and now this is one of them.So let us begin with the review.
Xiao Zhi and Hu Xiu meet at a VR stage of a murder mystery game. The concept of this murder mystery game was quite fascinating and I genuinely loved the entire setup. Through the game they got curious about each other in real life and that is how their story begins.
Hu Xiu is a part of a real estate agency and she aspires to become an architect due to her career alignment since her father was an architect. Xiao Zhi is himself an architect and works there as well. Obviously there is a certain level of rivalry and competition going on and one of the competitors is Pei Zhen. That is basically what the story is about and how the romance begins through all of this.
Now have I ever told you that I have never seen chemistry like this before? I have watched multiple shows and witnessed so many dramas yet I do not think I have ever seen chemistry this natural. I felt this low feeling in my heart while watching them. It honestly felt like I was living through the characters. I genuinely felt like I was witnessing real people being portrayed.
I have watched dramas from different countries and genres and many times the romantic moments do not hit me properly. Most of the time they have not worked for me but this was one of the most pleasant surprises. Considering the fact that I usually do not expect this much from modern C dramas it surprised me in the best way.
Why I loved this show? One of the biggest reasons was how natural everything felt. The conversations the maturity the way things were handled. Yes there were moments where the show became a little dramatic but I can excuse that because the natural moments were handled so well.
The misunderstandings between Xiao Zhi and Hu Xiu were addressed by them in the same moment instead of being dragged and used again and again as a plot device. They did not keep building misunderstandings to create chaos and that made the relationship feel mature.
When I first saw Pei Zhen I thought he would be one of those villain type characters who keep creating problems throughout the show. But there are actually no villains here. People are just shaped by circumstances and they react according to what life puts them through.
Pei Zhen was never portrayed as a villain. He was just another human with character flaws and a backstory. Due to certain things that happened in his life he acted the way he did and that does not make him a bad person.
Now coming back to the main leads.
Xiao Zhi: I mean he has the craziest face card honestly. All three leads do. Visually this drama is very pleasing and the cinematography is a bonus. They are genuinely a visual duo. As a person his values are very strong. Even when he is going through things in his side story he does not let it completely affect how he feels for Hu Xiu and that really stood out to me. What I loved the most about Xiao Zhi was his acts of service. The noticing. The little things. If you like that kind of love language this drama shows it beautifully. He knows the small details and expresses love in the softest ways. I was literally kicking my feet while watching.
Hu Xiu: I think she is genuinely one of the female leads I have loved the most. Her personality is strong and she keeps growing throughout the drama. She keeps cherishing who she is. She is not a pushover and she knows how to stand up for herself. I genuinely loved watching that.
Pei Zhen: I really liked his character. He was not one dimensional. He had emotional depth and inner conflicts. He was misunderstood and that added so much to his character.
Other side cast: None of them were extremely toxic or frustrating. Even the side characters gave very kicking your feet vibes. Hu Xiu’s friendship with her best friend was so nice to watch. They were always there for each other. Even Xiao Zhi and his best friend had a very good bond.
Now coming to the chemistry again. I think this drama has one of the best chemistry a drama can have. All the scenes felt comfortable and real. Whether it was romantic moments or just them being together the comfort was always there. Even when they were angry you could feel it properly. It honestly hit deep.
The drama does have product placement but it did not bother me much. The Shanghai locations were beautiful and whatever scenes they showed were visually pleasing. The OST was top notch and felt like a cherry on top.
Now should you watch Love Between the Lines? Yes you definitely should.
This drama is not something extremely different from other modern C dramas. It is not something out of the box either. But what makes it different is the realness. The conversations feel mature. The emotions feel honest. The situations are handled simply without creating unnecessary chaos.
It feels warm in a way that is difficult to explain and I have honestly not felt this while watching a normal romantic drama before.
If you are a sucker slow burn romances then this drama is definitely for you. The tension stays throughout and you will constantly find yourself waiting for them to finally get together.
One of the only things I was slightly sad about was the VR part. I honestly wanted one or two more sessions of them playing the game after they became a couple because it was so fun to watch.
Overall, love between the lines, I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU :(
gonna suffer a lot because this ended:/

Realistic but genuinely boring!
I looked forward to this one but was kinda disappointed.PLOT
Relationships should never be too sweet nor too sour. Because if you're too "sweet" you can be taken granted and if too "sour" misunderstandings and all that stuff. The focus of the movie was "modern relationships" but I don't think the movie could do much justice to it. This story is kinda realistic but boring the start of the movie was good and hilarious but rest of the plot felt empty and boring till the very end. There was nothing surprising or wow except that plot twist lol it really got me but that made the characters even MORE pathetic!
ACTING
As always Chae Soo Bin did a great job. Jang Ki Yong was pretty much good too. Krsytal 's acting kinda felt exaggerated in a scene or two. Rest all sub cast members were good to HAHA. Tho they couldn't save this messy drama they did good job! BUT IT'S WASTED POTENTIAL DEFINITELY.
MUSIC? Did they actually had any lol.
CINEMATOGRAPHY
I think some parts were really shoot well.
OVERALL. Will I watch this AGAIN? DEFINITELY NOT i watched this first time itself in 2x speed lol. This is one time watch. This ain't a must watch but it has some good moments.
If you have free time then watch something good rather than this!

Were they able to translate their love?
Did I binge-watch this drama? Yes.But what was the main reason I binge-watched it?
Was it because it was exceptionally good?
Because the script was outstanding?
Because it was everything I expected it to be?
Maybe not, perhaps it was curiosity.
Would I have binge-watched it if the actors were different? Maybe not.
Was it completely different from what I expected? A One hundred percent, YES.
And that is where this review begins.
This drama follows a multilingual interpreter who works closely with a actor who rose to stardom and they travel together for show. What begins as a professional arrangement slowly turns into something more as they spend time together. Beneath the glamorous surface, there is a deeper meaning tied to the characters’ pasts and emotions that unfolds gradually.
Throughout the entire drama, I found myself constantly trying to understand what kind of love story this actually was. What exactly were they trying to portray? What kind of love were the characters experiencing?
It honestly took me almost the entire show to fully grasp what was really going on, which for something marketed as a romantic comedy was not something I anticipated at all.
When I started this drama, I expected a light-hearted rom-com, something simple, sweet, and predictable. But instead, the psychological aspect slowly began to take over. And once it did, the tone of the drama shifted completely.
I have always believed that when two very different genres like romantic comedy and psychological drama come together, they need to flow naturally. If that balance does not exist, the combination does not always work smoothly. And that, perhaps, was slightly the case here. The female lead was suffering through a psychological trauma.
Ch Mun Hee experiences hallucinations of one of her movie character's personality, Do Ra Mi. This seems to stem from psychological pressure, anxiety, maybe due to sudden stardom in her acting career. As the story unfolds, we see how she struggles with these hallucinations and how Ho Jin, tries to understand and deal with this side of her.
And that made me question one thing.
Was this shift in momentum intentional?
Was it added as a filler, an attempt to do something different from the usual rom-com formula? OR was it a genuine effort to integrate a deeper narrative into an otherwise familiar genre?
Maybe it was a bit of everything.
Coming to our main characters,
Joo Ho Jin, the world’s multilingual interpreter, I genuinely think Kim Seon-ho did an exceptional job. Mastering multiple languages is not easy, and most actors tend to look awkward while speaking a different language. But in his case, it never felt forced. He appeared comfortable, natural, and confident throughout.
What stood out the most for me was his acting. The yearning in his eyes, his body language, and the way he carried silence spoke louder than words. You could feel everything he could not say through his expressions alone.
Cha Mun Hee, played by Go Yoon Jung, this was my first drama of hers. I think she did a very good job. She had two sides of her character to portray, and the shift between them was clearly visible. That transition made a strong difference to the story, and her acting supported it well. Her screen presence was strong, and her beauty was undeniably mesmerizing.
As for the side characters, I was honestly thankful that there was no unnecessary toxicity. Characters like Hiro were genuinely fun to watch and added warmth instead of chaos. For a drama that leans toward psychological themes, having a non-toxic environment made it much easier to watch.
Coming to the technical aspects, the cinematography was exceptional. The shots in Canada, Italy, and especially Japan were breathtaking. The way the scenes shifted and the beauty of the surroundings were captured made the drama visually pleasing throughout. The OST also stood out. It blended perfectly with the emotions and elevated several key moments.
Where the drama slightly missed, according to me, was expectation management. A large part of the audience, including myself, went in expecting a pure romantic comedy, which it was not. The story leaned much deeper into psychological themes, especially in the second half.
The shift in momentum felt uneven. The real issue, however, arises in the later episodes. Once you reach the ending, you begin to understand what I am trying to explain. The final revelation introduces a much deeper backstory, one that clearly needed more time and emotional development. While the twist itself was actually surprising, it felt rushed.
The ending required more explanation, more buildup, and more refinement. Instead of letting the revelation fully sink in, it was wrapped up too quickly. Considering how much focus was placed on the psychological struggles of the female lead, the conclusion felt slightly underdeveloped. It was impactful, but it did not receive the time it truly deserved
To summarise, they pushed the female lead’s story to the very end like a big twist, but that kind of movie-style reveal just doesn’t work in dramas. It only made everything feel rushed and frustrating. AHHH.
In the end, this drama was not something I could easily define or place into one genre. It was quiet, layered, and emotionally complex in ways I did not expect. While it had its flaws, it still managed to leave an impression, mainly because of its performances and the emotions it tried to convey rather than what it explicitly showed.
7.9 /10

The palace was on fire but the script burnt
Perfect Crown starts with an interesting premise. Seong Huiju has everything. Intelligence, capability, business success, confidence. Yet she chooses to pursue I An primarily because he holds a title. I understand that the “Perfect Crown” symbolizes legitimacy and status, but it feels slightly problematic that someone so accomplished still seeks validation through association. It goes both ways for any gender. When someone who already stands strong allows a title attached to another person to define their completeness, it weakens what could have been a powerful narrative about self definition. That said, I did not mind the overall plot base. The marriage of convenience trope can work when written well. My issue is not with the trope itself. It is with the depth of execution.
Visually, the show is beautiful. The costumes are stunning. The entire drama feels expensive and polished. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be fancy. It looks grand and feels grand. But beneath that surface, the substance does not always match the aesthetic.
The drama blends modern elements with royal or korean dynasty culture, but the historical side feels barely explored. Korea has such a rich cultural legacy, yet the royal aspect here feels more decorative than meaningful. It exists more as a backdrop than as a force that shapes the story. The politics feel basic and kinda childish. The cultural weight feels minimized. For a story centered around titles and royalty, I expected deeper engagement with that world.
Coming to the romance, I would not fully classify this as a rom com because there is barely any comedy. It is mostly politics and romance. The leads do have chemistry. They work visually and emotionally. But their romantic development feels rushed.
It makes some sense why the male lead would develop feelings for the female lead. His perspective is clearer. But I genuinely could not pinpoint when she fell for him. There is no strong emotional turning point. It just happens. Even after watching it, I still could not clearly trace that shift.
The drama relies heavily on their shared past, especially their school days, to justify their present feelings. But those flashbacks are shown so minimally that they do not carry enough emotional weight. If you are going to base long lasting attachment on a past connection, that past needs to feel convincing. Here, it feels underdeveloped. The foundation for their enduring feelings is too thin to fully believe.
The biggest issue is not the actors or even the premise. It is the lack of depth. The show does not explore its themes fully. It gives politics, romance, and visual grandeur, but not enough emotional or narrative substance to make it truly compelling.
It is popular. It is visually appealing. It is decent. But it lacks the layered substance that would make it memorable.
IU's however, felt very reminiscent of her character in Hotel Del Luna. I’m not saying the characters are identical, but the aura, the dominance, the composed sharpness it all felt very similar. The only real difference is that in Hotel Del Luna she lived for 1000 years, while here she doesn’t here, jokes. Still, the overlap in personality traits made this role feel less distinct than it could have been.
I-An’s portrayal of the royal highness is where I felt the biggest disconnect. His character is supposed to be composed, responsible, emotionally grounded. But sometimes his restraint came across more as stiffness than depth. There’s a difference between being stoic and being expressionless. And when he did shift into emotional vulnerability, it felt sudden rather than gradual. The emotional transitions didn’t feel fully explored, which made it harder to connect with his character.
Steve Noh feels like wasted potential. His character, PM Min had years to act on his feelings, yet his character mostly exists to fuel the love triangle. His sudden emotional intensity feels more like a plot requirement than natural growth. Instead of being a fully realized character, he feels like a device to create conflict.
Daebi Mama, however, deserves praise for her acting. Her performance is strong. She truly lived the character. Even when the writing faltered, her acting carried emotional weight. She brought nuance and conviction to her role in a way that elevated the scenes she was in.
Another major issue is how quickly some characters shift from good to bad or from bad to redeemed. These transformations happen without sufficient buildup or reasoning. When someone suddenly becomes evil, the motivation feels thin. When someone suddenly reforms, there is no real tension or development to make it believable. The jumps are abrupt, and that weakens the emotional impact on us, the audience.
Overall, Perfect Crown had potential. The concept was intriguing, the visuals were impressive, and the actors did their part decently. But the inconsistent emotional arcs and lack of narrative depth hold it back. It is aesthetically pleasing and occasionally engaging, but it lacks the layered substance that would have made it truly memorable.
In short, watch it for the vibes only.

The idea of the story was actually good. A mafia lawyer who come to Korea to take out the hidden gold but it ended up just like all other K-dramas talking about the corruption of the system. The creative ideas writer came up with each episode and those TOP TIER CLIFFHANGERS *Chef's kiss*. It is actually a unpredictable drama but but but Vincenzo was portrayed as so smart guy that he can't be beaten by anyone which I have never seen a drama where hero wins most of the time and this made the villain cheap indeed. And also made the drama way too boring *SIGH*
Song Joong ki did quite well in this. He got a lot better in Vincenzo I actually didn't like his acting much in DOTS but there were some scenes were I didn't actually felt his emotions .
Jang Han Seok the "SUPPOSED VILLAIN" was too relied on others that I never actually got to see his own potential. The female prosecutor is much more like a " ACTUAL VILLAIN".
The FL was annoying and her acting felt exaggerated a bit in the first 2 episodes a lot but later she got better too but yaa she definitely loud like that through out. She isn't a own strong independent FL but she listens to ML's plan and works according.
I didn't feel much bond between the tenants. The tenants were also selfish but they have a good character development in later episodes. And the BEST BOY Han Seo (Kwak Dong Yeon) That guy has so much potential but sadly he was just playing a support role :( After this drama he better get ML role.
The writer honestly wasted the potential of many characters(specifically villains) in the drama. The writer really did injustice to villains in this drama, they all were underestimated by writer.
The music is top notch to be honest. It really matches the vibe of the scene. It's catchy I really liked the music of this drama.
If you are looking for romance in this drama there isn't any actually much. The way they look at each other and them flirting AHH. You'll ship them so hard seeing those small things they do for each other. They developed a friendship while achieving there goals. It's actually a question if they had romantic feelings for each other. ROMANCE AIN'T THE MAIN FOCUS.
The duration of the drama was the biggest flaw here. This drama would have been good. If it was 20 Episodes with 1 hours duration or 16 Episodes with 1. 25 hours duration. Because a lot of scenes were filler indeed ( Mostly in Ep 18 & 19). But despite of those flaws it was a good watch for me!
If one day I suffer from amnesia I will watch this LOL just kidding. There were some moments and scenes definitely worth re watching .

Strong start, weak middle, rushed ending
At the very beginning, this drama was very good. The concept of a high school girl like Seong A being a shaman at such a young age is something I have honestly seen for the first time, and that immediately made it interesting. The main storyline about Gyeong U being born with misfortune, where everyone close to him ends up dying, and the karmic connection with Seong A’s shaman life had strong potential. The starting episodes really pulled me in.
But as we progressed, the shamanism angle started taking over a lot. I understand that it is the core concept, but considering the genre, I expected a bit more balance with romance. There was romance between Seong A and Gyeong U in the beginning, but in the middle it completely disappeared. Then a cute closure. It was sweet, yes, but it felt like all the build up was lost somewhere along the way. Their chemistry had potential, but it never fully reached it.
I also had multiple theories while watching. I binge watched it in one day, so I was fully invested. But some theories started contradicting each other at the same time. Certain developments did not make complete sense. The mysterious lady introduced at the beginning had such a strong aura, but since we already knew she was the villain, it did not feel that impactful. Everyone already knew she was the villain, so when things started unfolding, it did not feel shocking. They were reacting like it was some huge surprise, like oh my gosh, she is doing villain stuff, but as a viewer, we already saw it coming.
At some point, it genuinely felt like they were putting themselves in danger. Like khud ke pair pe kulhaadi maar rahe ho tum (you are hitting an axe on your own foot). If you know who is behind everything, maybe stop trusting the same person again and again.
Now about the second male lead, Ji Ho. He was very resourceful, and honestly, he could have helped a lot more. He was with Gyeong U the entire time when Seong A was not, and still he did not know half of what was happening. They kept saying I will tell you later or it is not that serious. If you want Ji Ho involved in the plan, then tell him everything. Either keep him in the loop properly or do not. That half situation was frustrating.
The acting was good. Not bad at all. Everyone did their job well. No complaints there.
Even beyond the romance, I feel like the shamanism concept itself did not shine the way it could have. The constant variation and modification of theories weakened the impact. The finale, which was built up as something huge, ended up feeling underwhelming.
I would have rated the plot around 5 or 5.5, but since I binge watched it and liked the overall vibe, I gave it an extra point.
Final rating 6.6 out of 10

The story revolves around a mother who had a teen pregnancy in high school, navigating through various struggles and sacrifices as she raised her daughter. The highlight of this show is Mother- Daughter dynamic. Considering their age gap their relationship felt so real, almost like sisters, with its mix of love and conflict.
PROS
There were moments when I found the mother's actions to be selfish, but I could empathize with her desire to live life on her own wishes. I was drawn to her extroverted and energetic personality, personally whole time I felt she should have been a cop instead of FL because she is so much involved in the cases than the FL was LOL.
I also found it good to see that female lead wasn't a brat, like she was one of the genuine and considerate characters in the drama.
I appreciate that the mystery aspect wasn't excessively prolonged. While it was a part of the storyline, it wasn't the main focus, making it an easy and enjoyable watch.
CONS
The romantic storyline involving the mother dominated much of the screen time, I eventually found myself growing bored of it.
It would have been great if both male leads had received more screen time to delve into their backstories. I was particularly interested in learning more about their lives, and it felt like there were missing pieces that prevented us from fully understanding them. Getting to know them better would have added depth to the story and made their characters more compelling.
Nevertheless, the drama offered a nuanced portrayal of familial dynamics and personal growth of characters that kept me engaged throughout.
Thank you for reading my review ^^

NEED A LOT OF UNDERSTANDING
This drama requires a lot of understanding, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. Throughout the series, you'll see people experiencing various problems in their lives. This drama shows how people heal themselves and face their issues. Mental illness is a topic that many avoid discussing because society tends to judge those who open up about it. However, this drama, just from its title, tells us that it's okay to not be okay.In everyone's life, there are moments when you need someone's support, and that's perfectly normal. Humans are not always strong, and it's okay to ask for help to overcome your fears.
1. The animations and illustrations in the first episodes, as well as throughout the series, are praiseworthy. Both the screenwriter and director have done a great job, I must say.
2. The romance between the leads was perfectly balanced.
3. The acting skills of each and every actor were amazing; the drama felt real because of them.
4. Oh Jung Se's acting as Sang Tae was incredible; no one could have played the role of Sang Tae so well.
5. Moon Young and Gang Tae suffer a lot due to their past, yet they didn't leave each other even when faced with numerous problems. This teaches us not to abandon someone when they're suffering.
6. The mystery they maintain throughout the series keeps you excited for the next episode.
7. This drama's ratings were not fairly given by AGB Nielsen. I hope you don't judge it based on that. It's not a typical family drama; it requires a lot more understanding.
8. The plot was beautifully presented by the director.
9. Every episode has a story that is too intense to grasp easily.
10. Seo Yea Ji impresses with her portrayal of the cold-hearted Moon Young. Despite her selfish, arrogant, and rude behavior, she desires emotional connections with Gang Tae and Sang Tae. Moon Young's terrible past shaped her into a cold-hearted individual, but deep down, she is warm-hearted and acts cold to stay strong.
11. Kim Soo Hyun's character, Gang Tae, tries to discover himself throughout the series. He is burdened with the responsibility of taking care of his brother. Despite being called a coward by Moon Young, he still tries to protect his loved ones.
12. There is also mystery in this, didn't add much contribution to over-all narrative but still wasn't that boring.
While the pacing of this drama may be slow, its beauty shines through. It's a must-watch, truly praiseworthy. I hope you find it enjoyable. ~END~

A total fan service!
Before starting the review, I'll share my experience while watching "Lovely Runner." For the first time, I followed a show from Day 1 to the last episode. I used to wait eagerly for each new episode to be released and would watch it immediately—not just to avoid spoilers, but because the show had me giggling, kicking my feet, blushing, and feeling stressed all at the same time ><Let's start the review now?!
The story of the show “Lovely Runner” is centered on Im Sol, a hardcore fan who is heartbroken by the sudden death of her favorite idol, Sun Jae, as he tragically dies. As she is in the process of accepting his fate of death, Im Sol travels back in time to 2008 when Sun Jae is still a teenager. Not wanting to see her beloved one in his tragic ending, she attempts to alter his destiny.
Ryu Sun Jae?! WHERE do I start from, gosh?! HE is the need of the hour, for saving humanity and preserving human sanity HAHA. Byeon Woo Seok breathed life into Sun Jae like no other actor could. He was made for this role, setting a standard for male leads in the drama world. Sun Jae is such a refreshing character, brimming with expressions, energy, and excitement. From his giggles and blushes to his veins and vulnerability in love, I was in love with him 🤣And HE graduated from the University of Loserism with flying marks(◠‿◕)
Im Sol, the most adorable munchkin FL. Hye Yoon has captured my heart with her talent for portraying angst. Honestly, I did enjoyed her character. It made sense for her to hesitate, worry, and push away the ML to *some extent*. However, her decision-making lacked rationality. It's understandable that she often acted impulsively due to her circumstances, but when you are stuck in a never-ending cycle, it's important to take a step back and think logically, that's how I felt about it.
The chemistry between our leads was adorable, full of giggles and blushes, which might make you cringe (no, it is not! I'm just jealous because I haven't experienced this kind of love yet TT). They were a swoon-worthy couple that makes you want to experience a Wattpad romance irl, filled with countless little gestures, that gets you screaming externally/internally( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Tae Seong is now added to list of my favorite second male leads. He's non-problematic and full of fun. There was never a dull scene with him. I enjoyed his dynamic with Sol a lot. I wished they had given us more of his bromance with Sun Jae. I appreciate that the writer's made Tae Seong likable yet he never over powered the ML, and thus no SLS in this one.
Im Sol's Brother and her friend's story was veryyy random and off for most of the time, like it was too RANDOM to have a opinion about it. I felt like I'm watching a different show altogether, I skipped their scenes at times ngl. NO BRAINER in simple words.
Supporting characters were very nice as well, like no unreasonably bitch behaviour by either parents of the leads. I love how loving and supportive they were towards their kids and bickering is fine with me♡
OST's that you definitely need to check out!
• Sudden Shower by ECLIPSE
• Like a dream by MINNIE
• Spring Snow by 10 cm
All these OST's were so soothing to hear, I listen to them ON LOOP, no joke!
So where it went wrong for me:
•The time travel elements were frustrating to watch at times, with decisions feeling impromptu and unplanned.
•Use of misunderstanding as plot developments
•The female lead constantly pushing the male lead away, repeatedly, was tiring to watch after a point.
•The murder mystery plot was initially engaging but became frustrating due to its lack of motivation and random developments.
•The repetitive flashbacks, showing the same scenes over and over, were also annoying.
•Tae Seong not getting enough screen timeರ_ರ
This was a plot-driven drama that started off fast-paced with many rapid development happening in the initial episodes. However, by episodes 10-11, it slowed down. Comedic elements took over, and some scenes felt like fillers to many of the viewers. I didn't mind personally because the comedic timing in this drama was extremely on point but there were many flashbacks and repetitive scenes, so I ended up skipping scenes here and there.
Overall, Lovely Runner is a fluffy watch (can't say that, mystery plot can be frustrating and too stressful at times). But it offers plenty of giggles and a refreshing take on the romance genre. With great comedic timing and some interesting plot developments, bits of dumb writing but remains an entertaining watch rather than a flawless one.
If you're looking for a solid, no-loopholes story, intellectual time travel drama, this isn't it. The time travel aspect is far from perfect. But if you watch it as a romantic comedy, you'll be entertained.
Thank you for reading my review ^^

Cute kinda cheesy xD
Honestly i didn't have anyone idea about the drama when i started watching neither read anyone's review just saw the trailer and next moment started watching it and i really don't regret it>.< i wanted a break from crime and all other genre related to it and wanted a heartwarming and cute drama and i got it at right moment which could make laugh and surprisingly give small cute moments after every another scene .They made so cute moments sometimes that my heart flutter many times .This was my first cdrama which i willingly don't wanted to end:(When i started watching it i really didn't have any sort of those questions like should i watch it or not after watching first 2 episode because i have never judge a drama based on first two episode but after 3 episode the story went really great till the end yaaa it was cheesy but a good one.
Talking about the actors Darren Chen really improved his acting like i don't he was the same person from meteor garden all the jealously scene felt so cute i am his fan after watching this drama. sebrina( Sang Tian) she was cute in the drama and without knowing many times she was fooled by Darren(Wen Bing) saying Ti AMO without knowing what it actually does mean was literally the most adorable moment in the drama.
Talking about Drama the story was quite well executed they were some too cheesy moments but compared to the leads chemistry i really didn't put much attention on it.
It's a easy watch give a shot

Why regret when we can get a second chance:)
Parent's sacrifice, their screts and them helping you without your knowledge. This is all about the drama is.Parents love their children undoubtedly, but not all can express their love. There are times when years after we regret some of our choices, but don't realise that the moment we made those decisions we were happy about them.
The story about the will surely make you tear up just like me. It seemed like comedy drama until it wasn't one.
The actors did really great job portraying their characters.
I also enjoyed the OST of this, it was damn amazing HAHA.
I won't re-watch it coz it's a really sad drama, which I totally didn't expect, and I don't wanna cry twice haha.
END~

Endless suffering like a river;)
Cry me a sad river, flowing through the heart of a teenager, endless in its pain, sorrow, suffering, and agony. The river runs deep within, its currents heavy with the burdens of youth.Ren Min's portrayal of Yi Yao was absolutely phenomenal! Her facial expressions had such a depth and emotion that I was truly impressed.
Qi Ming is the most uncalled character, bro was pretty much a jerk, in the name of her childhood bestie.
Gu Sen Xi was my favourite character, he was an wholesome support to Yi Yao; I liked his character, their bonding and story line altogether.
❌ The backstory related to the main message of the movie was brushed off in flashbacks which made it extremely disappointing and confusing as I couldn't emotionally connect to the suffering of the character.
❌ Inconsistency and no proper closure to certain story lines.
Overall, I did enjoy the movie, but I wished everything wasn't so fast forwarded and was more detailed. Still worth a shot!

Promising start, boring second half
✅Impressive start, the premise was promising, like a demon in contract marriage + losses his powers. I was intrigued how they'll develop the story, and had me hooked till Ep8.✅ Song Kang being a hot oppa and showing his abs and couple having beautiful visuals.
❌ My boy is a demon, who has lived on this planet for hundreds of years, but he still has no clue about anything and acts like a pathetic lover boy ;/
❌The plot is lackluster with no interesting developments or engaging storyline in the second half of the show. It's extremely predictable.
❌Too much talk, not enough action. For a fantasy drama, I wanted more magic, but it was disappointing that they didn’t use it to its full potential. Unsatisfactory feeling.
❌ There was way too much focus on side stories. They weren't bad, but they were clearly just filler to stretch the show to 16 episodes. It could've easily been wrapped up in 12.
❌I wish the old lady was more involved in the story, her character was interesting and I thought she'll play out a huge part in the story but she didn't 😀 hmmmmm
And don't even get me started on the FL, girly your husband is a demon, what do you expect him to be???? A angel??? 🤣🤣
Overall, I felt this was a mix version of SWDBS and The globin lmaooo with lazyy writing, it had so much potential but route was too cliche and ended up becoming too predictable for my taste🤧

Sweet and Youth Romance Mini drama!
It took me 5 hours to complete a 4-minute drama with 25 episodes 🤡. They could've just made this into a movie instead of a mini-drama; it would have been more convenient to watch. This was a cute teen and youth romance, with many likable tropes and a short and sweet storyline. I enjoyed their bond, especially the occasional bickering! Also I'd suggest turning off your brain in the time travel aspect, it was beyond my comprehensive skills too(≧▽≦)
I liked the FL; she was cute and a little noisy, but she wasn't annoying or childish. The actress did a pretty good job!
I wish Gege smiled a bit more and expressed his reactions more expressively. Still, he's not bad compared to other stone-faced MLs; he can definitely improve!
The storyline was pretty good considering it was a mini-drama. So if you're looking for short and sweet drama give it a shot!
