It was just okay. We never learned what the tipping point was for the older guy. These KBL mini series have been largely disappointing. I thought this would be better because I like a good laundry romance.
I never got used to Chi Cheng being so skinny. I preferred the more rugged Chi of the original and novel. I think the actors did a good job. I wish them well in the future.
So, I will drop this. I watched the first ep and luckily checked the comments before continuing.
If I want unhappy endings, I could just go to work. My field is full of unhappy endings and trying to rebuild after making several bad decisions. A Japanese BL had our MODC couple in their series showing that he survived the accident. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ap4yXkQ3d7k
I always enjoy Boun and Prem, but it seems like the IP changed from dark and mysterious to being all about family when it transferred to GMMTV. I watched the Wabi Sabi preview recently and can see major differences. I would have like to have seen Santa remain as Ciar. Barcode did a great job, but he is always given opportunities to play edgy characters and Santa doesn't get cast in darker character roles. Since he was the original Ciar, I would have liked to have seen Santa carry that character through. Overall, I think that is was a good series.

If you watch Make Our Days Count, watch up to Episode 18, skip 19 & 20. It's lovely until then. Then read the alternate ending to the story, which made fans made because that's the ending they should have used. I'm not sure it's still on wattpad because it's been years. I didn't watch Love in the Big City because there was way too much hype. I have no idea who the actors are, actually don't care..
As upsetting as the abuse scenes were, especially the bleeding in the shower, I'm glad that it was stripped down so the viewer had to watch the ugliness. Both the child and adult actors were brave to take these roles. I'm on the fence if I would have allowed my son to take such a role, but I don't know what went on behind the scenes as far as safety plans.
Tee did an excellent job, portraying a triggered client with a nervous system freeze response . I'm just surprised that the female doctor did not realize that Silom was triggered (in a clinical, not pop culture way) and that he was having a freeze response. She would know that he was triggered, not resistant, as she expressed. "Not ready" is often interpreted as resistant to therapy. I'm glad that Nabnueng transferred the case because a dual relationship would be unethical.
Surprisingly, I really like this series. I saw stills and thought the series was going to be about biking. I usually binge watch now, but this is the only series that I'm watching in progress.
I'm looking forward to the Arthit and Dao story because out of all of the couples, they do not have a history or any kind, while everyone else does. I'm looking forward to their story.
how ironic, i started this detesting Jimmy (& it's not that i love him now, but i don't actively hate him)…
I'm not one of them, this is just through observation, but it's very hard for people pleasers to say no, or be honest with people when the information is "negative." Just like Toh could have told Teh, that he was going after Jimmy, and will take responsibility if it explodes, but didn't, he just sat there and smiled. I prefer the 2nd lead over Jimmy, but we already know the end of the story. The cat dad will turn into a puppy.
I'm ride or die for Pavel, I don't care what he's in, but this was a great series. The occult undertone, combined with psychic ability was a good mix. King making such a swift recovery, well I'll let that slide.
Toh, sir, you're the only character I like in this series, please stand the fuck up and make Jimmy hurt.
Toh will stand up, then and we get to watch Jim lay on the road, and hopefully a motorbike driver splashes gutter water on him. But we know that he will grovel his way back, but at least he will let Jim know that he is not a sure thing.
man... when is James gonna play a character that isn't a toxic jerk? lol
James does a good job of playing beauty is skin deep but ugly is to the bone characters. I would love to see him play a nerd, but I can't see that happening.
No hate, but does this really deserve the 9 rating?? Or is it just overhyped? I felt it was good, but not that…
I think it deserves a 9.5. It's rare that an entire universe of quirky characters works without turning camp. But I love the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Me and Thee 3/4 less quirky than RHPS.
This was my dark horse series of 2025. I absolutely loved it. I'm very big on accepting people for who they are, and I felt this series showed how two adults who are very different can meet in the middle. The acting was amazing and Pond was exceptional in his portrayal of Thee. I wish there were more shows like this, and I hope that GMMTV continues to produce series that will attract a more adult audience. The Thai audience must have loved the show judging by all the enactments I've seen.
