IMO I think like YD YY did not understand each other even if they are in love due to lack of communication. YY…
They live in a parallel existence in the same orbit.
As you said she is too young to comprehend....she never really had much of a responsibilities
He on the other hand has the world on his shoulders ....
I feel the beginning scene is important...yy tried to give that girl an out from the death punishment
She refused and rather die for love....
YD would do the same. She displayed that...she'll die for her sister
Both has a lack of communications from the start....but with more time...they bond and came to appreciate each other......communications ...trust didn't fully developed......
The growth of the relationship was cut short...and never came to fruitation because of the "issues"
Someone below explained thr leads characters perfectly YD is still young and immature....her way is more simple…
Agreed...The issue is their gap in thinking and expectations
YD - feels that loving is not wrong and isn't a crime.
YY - never experienced love....his duty and responsibilities is #1
But...also
Someone posted this and i agree with them......paraphrase
YD isn't trying to forces love upon him......but she wanted to be recognized....or for him to recognized and believe in her....
*accusations*
Which he can't openly do so....
I.e. the beings scene of that Girl being punish.....he provided her with an Out...admit you're wrong and get a lesser punishment.
Girl - love is not wrong and I'll die with be with him
The parallel....
ML is like a " robot "
He just follow orders and act them out.......he surpress his true self......
He also need that character growth and development
She brings out/shows that he is more than just an empty shell who follow orders.....she saw the real him
He dislay/shows the mature/responsibilities....he also saw that she is also not just a carefree sprite....he has talent and abilities that can be utilize.....if she has the responsibilities and maturity
YD is still young and immature....her way is more simple because she did not grown up with those restraint and responsibilities.....so it was more black and white.....
Her goals and plan was simple....be a housemaid and support her sister
I can see the perspectives from both characters .....

And just straight up being a rude troll.
This happens in all drama forums...not just here
