Yes, they love and bonded....but it is in an early stage that it was never nurture.....it was doom in the beginning regardless......that is why they harp on that Devine girl whom the ML had to kill because she fell in love

Majority of the sad ending....isnāt reasonable enough for me.....i usually will skip those series
Except for Good Bye My princess....i felt that ending was fitting and there is no other options

Still not a big fan of angst ..but some series execute it well
1 of the characters highlighted that it's ok to seek help....to be a girl with goals....esp in that period in time
