"There's something I would never understand or ever like in BLs." Well to be frank they don't just do that in BL, but also in straight series. It's like they can't right a genuine, cute love story without adding at least some toxic, stalking in it🙄
So I just finished the series and I'm puzzled by the rating. Okay the series doesn't have anything wow, special, never seen before, etc. about it but it doesn't deserve 6.9. It should be around 7.5. I saw worse BL than this.
This is the kind of series you watch when you're bored, you are in a certain mood and you don't want to think because there isn't any complicated intrigue nor any unnecessary drama going on like a love triangle for example (usually they love doing that when they want drama🙄). Personally I enjoyed it🤷♀️
Also when I saw comments about NC scenes being good I thought it was the kind where they rely on NC scenes without any plot. I was wrong. They didn't have that much NC scenes in all 10 episodes of more than 1hour.
Plus those scenes weren't bad. I see why people like them. In my case it's not the kind I like. I prefer NC scenes with sensuality, intimacy, love, sadness...emotions!!!! Just like the ones between Yai&Jom in "IFYLITA". That's the kind I love. P.S: If you haven't seen IFYLITA yet, what are you waiting for???!!!
P.P.S: To watch Venus in the Sky, you have to like slow burn, like me. If not, don't watch.

I am wondering something about Taiwanese BL: Why instead of getting a new series of our fave couples we only get to see them in other BL as guest???? I want them as main in new series!!!!!!!!
Also MODC's couple is the worst since we see them in a lot of BL and not only Taiwanese. I don't remember all of them but they were even in Japanese BL.

Well from what I've seen, the problem isn't Frank's acting, but rather Itt's character who was written exactly like that. But I really hope that this series will be great!!
I really love this kind of story. Like "Under the skin" or "Natsume Yuujinchou", there is mystery, supernatural elements, etc. And each new character has his story that the MC has to unravel.
P.S: I just hope that if we get a season 2, there will be more interactions (and bromance) between Pu Yi Yong and Cao Guang Yan because there weren't enough.
