You're such a weirdo. A 2nd season isn't a reward in a competition. If the writer has more to tell, there'll be a second season. Whether the rest of the story hits or flops can only be determined after it's released.
The real flop though, is your parents' teaching (or lack thereof) manners to you.
Yup and I thought she was going to be this grand lead actress to justify the casting but Meh overhyped af. She's…
It's the make up that makes her look unnaturally old. I guess they were trying to make her look older, but overdid it and so only made it more obvious. I heard her character is supposed to be young in the story, so they should've done a more natural makeup
A romance drama risking controversy by casting a minor against an adult after the male was casted (basically deceiving him), even censoring the romance, rushing a big plot in 28 episodes by cornering the ML who's (afaik) much bigger than the FL yet has much less screentime. Not to mention her wardrobe is bigger than the entire cast
Is Ai Mi such a big nepo kid? I'd thought she was genuine
You keep saying this, but it's not true. She didn't burn through all her petals for him. She burned through half a petal for him. The rest she used to protect the innocent (as she herself said) and one to protect her cat.
"I won't die just because you lied to me"Lmao the worldview
5 people know and counting. including her enemy country's prince and his dubious fox girl. They shout it around like it's no one's business. But when it comes to telling JBZ, suddenly it's the most well kept secret in the world, the walls have ears, etc.
So in the end, not only did the narrative gloss over JBZ's pain, but also through Zhang Tai's character, it even delivered a slap to the face of anyone expecting anything? Disappointing.
Easy to say from the omniscient pov. Her made up story is pretty convincing.
"be of one mind" is a too general. They could be of one mind while protecting the innocent. No one knows the specifics. From his pov, her ultimate priority is Ming Xian, her lover. She might or might not have developed feelings for him. But by trying to steal the GMD right after they slept together, it's proved to him that she still put Ming Xian first.
No one's accusing her of being selfish. Her not sharing her immediate problem with JBZ and insisting on stealing…
Yeah I agree. Honestly I want to understand her character, that's why I discuss this, not because I like arguments. Anyway, hope I didn't sound rude and have fun watching 🕊️

Is she a robot, to treat everyone the same?
Yes, they started as mutually using each other. Quite cleverly too, because in the end both won. But now it's just her toying with his feeling while he's being genuine. And not even in a smart way, so naturally everyone suffers.

Honestly it's the writer's loss. People remember if a writer's views are immature, specially if repeated. I know I do.
