Very cute two episodes! I read the webtoon a long time ago. Does anyone remember why Chan is calling Sun Yeol āhamā instead of āhyungā (sorry for spelling)? There was something funny about it in the webtoon, but I donāt remember š¤·āāļø
Actually, it makes perfect sense for Lomfon to fight for Taiās attention. Lomfon doesnāt believe in the idea…
I understand that people do what they have to do to survive. A marriage like that must be very taxing for both man and woman (unless she doesnāt care about sex). Iām glad the society has changed (at least, in the US) so that people can openly be with who they love and not be persecuted for that. Iām sorry about your childhood awful experience. That should never happen! I had bad encounters with pedophiles as a child, and they should be hung on a nearest tree. š¤¬
I really hope the parentsā story is not a throwaway (although it could be). Tai is very cute! I like Patt, too. Pee is a very good actor - I liked him a lot in Y Destiny. He was funny and cute. Here, he pulls off handsome and fun character.

Dad might be bi. I mean, he did have four kids with a woman⦠I understand some gay men can sleep with a woman, but how common is it? Iām not an expert, just honestly curious. Like, I donāt think I would ever be able to get sexually involved with a woman. So I assume a gay man would have a similar āeekā factor? š¤·āāļø
Edit: also, since you donāt know who your soulmate might be, it seems like thereās no stigma for being gay in this universe. So if dad was truly gay - he could have freely say to the mom āsorry, I am gay and I am not interested in you sexuallyā. So yeah, his mannerisms are ambiguous, but I still think he could be bi.

That would be very interesting if the plot was deeper than one of the parents cheated! I was wondering - what if thereās more than one soulmate per person? I mean, wouldnāt it be too cruel if they had one and only person for their entire life? What if a soulmate dies young? You never find him? Or you have found him and lost forever any opportunity to have one if he passes away? I think it would be pretty interesting to navigate a situation with more than one soulmate šæ Also, dad could still be the cheating one. While mom could just have this friend who loved her from afar for a while, and now that she divorced her husband, that friend is right there, āreadily availableā š
Judging by what Korn said in that scene and that Mintra had nothing to bite back with. It's probably just a facade,…
Yep, our BL Bitch is as regular as can be. Oh well⦠šMaybe sheāll come up with something less traditional than jumping in her enemyās face š¤·āāļø
Korn definitely is better off with Pawin who is way more understanding and way less demanding than Mintra. Pawin is giving constant praise to Korn, and thatās what he needs right now. I love Pawin, and he definitely should get his man! š»
I actually hope they will backtrack and show how Gun fell for Pitch. Kinda like they showed Gun/Pitchās day as a back story in this episode. Kdramas do it all the time, missing some clues on purpose and then show them later. š¤And yes, he has to follow the house rules⦠when in the house, right? š He does have a nice apartment, though⦠just saying š The stalker is really sick. I think she should hook up with Mintra - that would be a lovely couple š¤Æ
It seems like the format the series took is giving an episode to each couple. Well, weāll see how it goes šæš

I personally would never hit on someone in a relationship. To me, being a ācontenderā isnāt worth it. In Lomfonās case, I can see where Tai never implied āfuck offā just because Tai never thought of Lamfon as a ācontenderā. He was very friendly with him and Lamfon misinterpreted it as some feelings. So to him, if Tai has āfeelingsā for him (Lamfon) it must mean that his āsoulmateā is fake and Lamfon has a chance. I think Lamfon is confused about the situation here, and once Tai clears it up, stating that heās not into Lamfon - he will stop his advances. It looks to me like Lamfon thinks that Patts is taking advantage of Tai so he feels like he should intervene. I might be wrong, but thatās the feeling I get from him.

Well, itās your opinion about the situation, and it just happens to be different from mine, which is ok š I think this whole ācrush on Taiā phase will fade really quickly in the next episode when Tien sets Lomfon straight and maybe Tai firmly says heās not into Lomfon. I still think itās important for Tai to state his opinion. Youāre right - itās just like āthereās a chance for me since theyāre not marriedā. To me, thereās nothing wrong with presenting another ācontenderā, though, as long as heās not being stalkerish. Just saying āLook, I am your other option. Do you want me?ā At which point itās up to the ālovedā person to say āI donāt like youā and the ācontenderā backs off. Patt is not Lomfonās friend, so Lomfon has every right to present himself as a contender (nicely and respectfully). Once Tai says heās not into him, Lomfon will respect it and will back off. Then, the arc of Lomfon/Tien will start.

I donāt think Lomfon is an asshole, though. I understand your frustration with the trope, but in this case Lomfon just found out that his crushās āsoulmateā is here. He does not believe in soulmates, and he doesnāt know how much ātogetherā they are. Tai has been extremely friendly with Lomfon which he could interpret as reciprocated feelings. So this āsoulmateā will have to see whoās better. I think itās up to Tai now to firmly state his feelings (or lack of them) to Lomfon for him to back off. I think right now Lomfon is in a āsaviorā mode, trying to save Tai from the disaster of this āsoulmateā theory. Weāll see what happens. š
OK but Lomfon better not annoy tf outta me and not come between those sweet couple. like what's his problem?.…
Actually, it makes perfect sense for Lomfon to fight for Taiās attention. Lomfon doesnāt believe in the idea of soulmates, and he likes Tai because they do have a lot in common. So he truly believes that having common interests and liking a person is way more valid than some unreasonable idea of soulmates. So I fully expect him to take an action and I will be there to watch ššæ

Exactly! An actor is an actor, and should be able to act romantic with a stone if needed. Of course, having a good relationship with a partner helps a lot! I agree, this blaming/praising when an actor stops/starts doing BL needs to stop. Actors should decide for themselves what project to take on. And studios should be a bit more adventurous with this, too. I get it they work for profit, but like you said - look at Gawin/Krist now, they are killing it! š» The studio will get their money with this series for sure! š°
I agree - VegasPete scene was the hardest. They really shouldnāt be throwing it at the boys to do in one day. Although, scenes like āchitchatā are also not easy as they can easily slide into a boring abyss that a viewer will fast forward through, and you donāt want that. Bump and Mio were able to engage me with that potentially boring scene, so good job šš»
what annoyed me is that she says this right after Souta told her that he got rejected. like have we no self respect????
Oh, yes, definitely. Thereās no middle ground š And karma must be catching up with them as the average life expectancy for a BL female is around 40 years old š
I just feel like itās unfair to the boys to try pretty complicated scenes without any direction, while KP actors had a whole year spent in workshops. Just saying⦠š¤·āāļø And I think in the novel, Vegas is a complete psycho, just like any rapist. Iām glad they didnāt implement the novel exactly, so I guess they have some leeway with interpreting his character as they wish, but whatever. I think Newās interpretation has a right for existence, but of course I am not a professional.
So we finally got to the part of actual acting. Honestly, I would prefer it if they started off with it instead of the games. I would love to see the guys being actually mentored and taught something, the process of them working with each other and their mentors (who actually teach), and them getting better at their skill. Here, theyāre pretty much left to their own devices and mentors just throw them a comment or two when they are half through the planned rehearsals. I guess they really want to see the ānatural talentā, otherwise they would give them some workshops. Oh well⦠Maybe next time š

Whenever did BL bitches have any self respect??? š Iām honestly more into all male cast series after all those idiot female characters in BLs š¤¦āāļø
