I absolutely love this man. I watched him in Holmes and I was completely smitten. not to mention his absolutely lethal face card. now that he’s risen to superstardom in such a short amount of time (very well deserved btw) I can’t help but feel like he gives off this… kinda lonely/sad/annoyed aura offscreen. it’s almost as if he loves acting and making dramas but not the fame and the fan service portion that inevitably comes with the limelight.
I’m curious if other stars who have been in the industry for longer or started with acting from the start are better prepared for the fame but he simply didn’t start out in the industry like the others. does anyone feel the same way? 😕

currently watching. really trying my best bc I like the actors and the costumes are fantastic. but I’ve been in and out of this drama. currently on episode 5. I’m not really sure what’s going on if someone can catch me up.
she got injured bc they stole the artwork that means something to him (???) there’s also a lord hanfeng that seems to be a friend but isn’t? there’s lots of good looking fairy men in here (who are they?) he and her seem to pretend to be together and be involved but they’re not? they fought at the beginning so they seem to be enemies but they aren’t? why are they pretending to be romantically involved in front of others?
if someone can give me a quick run down of what’s happening, I’d sure appreciate it. it’d give me some context and help me keep going. thanks in advance!
if this is an action drama, does it matter who FL is since she wont be playing a romancey role? or is FL a major character in the books with a lot of chemistry with ML? honest question. and I know nothing about this book/drama
