I’m still on episode 33 trying to savor this drama. At the part where tushan grandma says she has no more than 6 months to live so Jing has to take over as head of family. Jing says no. But why?? if he takes over as head, then he’d have the power to cancel the engagement with Yiying, no?

i was wondering who would tell her of the pain and sorrow TSJ had to go through while she was comatose. esp since she mentioned that Jing hadn’t even asked of her or brought her medicine like Xuan did. I was thinking GURL HE IS QUITE LITERALLY ACTIVELY DYING FOR YOU.

I def shouldn’t have started this drama. it was a quiet evening when I thought I’d just watch one episode. it didn’t look that good anyway. and now I’m 32 episodes in obsessing over the next episodes. I only do two things now, watch and then rewatch. that’s it.

Why didnt the fire kill ShiQi or burn him into ashes? Is it his spirit power? But was he not using it all up on Xiaoyao so she stays unburnt?

omg what the heck. this makes so much sense. No wonder why CX is the lead. Its his story of losing her.

XiangLiu is DEFINITELY for the audience. He makes my heart quiver. But I feel like Jing was written for XiaoYao.

Didnt read the novel but i've been reading comments and many have said Jing's character in the book is much weaker and comes across as less desirable - so much so that the character was not highly sought after by big name actors. However, Jing in the drama seems to be much stronger and still favored. For the novel readers, is it because the producers are changing his story in the drama? Is it Deng Wei's acting? OR is Jing portrayed exactly the same as in book and drama?

Why is Deng Wei getting hate? I've been seeing people talking about how he doesnt deserve it and such but where is this hate coming from? Saw something about littering a cigarette but Im not sure if that was credible. Not a superfan, I'm just curious so I'm not going to get offended.

I think we were all waiting for Jing to be that man who pulls his woman in. His character is just played so well. We all know he loves her so much but he doesnt allow himself to display just how much that is. Its obvious hes a little self conscious and maybe feels a bit inferior to other men who are interested. He also says he doesnt think hes good enough for her because in his eyes, she's top shelf- cream of the crop- premium quality and hes... broken? :( SO WHEN HE FINALLY ALLOWS HIMSELF TO FALL INTO HER and actually GRABS HER, its such a pleasure to watch. Its almost like a release for all of us. Go Jing. Be the man we all know you are.

I've been dropping a lot of dramas lately. They seem to start off good but towards the middle, it gets kinda draggy. This drama has been so so good which is so refreshing. And so far, I think it's very clear its still on that upwards trajectory.

LOL omg. okay no wonder why I like TSJ's song. (I'm a XaoJing shipper) but you made me realize they PLAY THAT SONG whenever they're together.
