There's also other villains. FL is basically in a cage with enemies lurking. Like at this point, Miss girl has to carry a silver needle and knife. The good thing is that she's not a damsel. She has some training and I'm assuming she's been training even though she's not shown training other than that one time with ML.

I'm at episode 3 and it's lacking the female empowerment that these type of dramas are supposed to evoke, like there are bits here and there but I'm just tired. I'm probably going to fast-forward through some scenes that I don't care about like FL's husband stuff since I already guess what he is up to, I don't care about his character's career LOL I wonder if IQIYI was just like eh we invested in this, let's just put it out and have something to fill the time slot until our money makers can fill the spot.
