Jang Gang sealed the ice stone after Uk's birth so 20 years ago. Bu-Yeon found 10 years later. So, the queen has ice stone for over 10 years. Queen and Jin Mu wanted to destroy Songrim and Jin Mu wanted to be the leader of Jin family imo. The story hasn't revealed how Jang Gang got the ice stone.
