I liked the acting and the humor in the movie. It was both light and serious, dealing with important topics like how we should not choose our future job, just based on the payment we would receive. The title... is absolutely appropriate haha 7.5/10 for me =)
The drama wasn't bad and I liked the few plot twists towards the end. Law dramas always make me emotional, because of the cases T^T
The whole idea with "dreaming the future" was interesting, but only in the begining, after that I kind of got bored of it. I liked the acting, but I didn't feel the chemistry between the mains and Jongsuk... I usually love his acting and everything, but I feel like I'm watching him play the same role over and over again, nothing different.
They tried to have some funny moments, which weren't that needed and those scenes wouldn't have been that funny without the background music anyway.
Props to the supporting cast, they were amazing! As I said, it was a nice drama, but it could've been much better as well - 6.5/7 for me.
I really like both Changwook and Jihyun, but after 10 episodes (5 per 60 mins), I FEEL NOTHING for any of the characters.
No suspense and I definitely do not like how the romance started and where it's going, so... dropped for now.
Maybe I will continue it one day... if I have nothing else to watch/do xD haha
WOW, I did not expect to like this drama as much as I did! It's definitely one of the best series I've ever seen!
tvN has been going strong for years! I haven't been so into a drama since Signal.
I'm not even into the sci-fi genre and I usually dislike stories about aliens or with future settings, but they got me hooked from the start.
I was scared that I wouldn't be interested in what's happening in 2037, but they once again proved me wrong.
I'm glad I didn't watch this while it was still airing, because the wait for new episodes was going to kill me.
I did not get bored for a second, because everything was fast-paced but not rushed due to the number of episodes.
& can we talk about the acting?? Because dear lord... it was superb!
Also... the person who did the casting *claps* The 2017 and 2037 versions really did look alike.
I just finished the drama yesterday and I loved it!
I totally liked the acting and the developement of the story!
There were many plot twists, just when I thought I had figured out everything, they managed to surprise me with something.
I liked the ending as well and the drama as a whole gave me Signal vibes ^^
I finished the drama back in April, but forgot to leave a comment xD
Anyway, it was a really funny one, but I think they went overboard with the comedy sometimes, especially when it came to the gansters.
& I definitely hated Bongson's mother! The way she treated her own daughter and husband was awful!
They tried to make her look like a good character in the end, but she still left a very bad impression on me.
I definitely did not expect the dark theme with the crime, that was enjoyble.
I had such high expectations, but this was one of the worst K-movies I have ever seen.
It was so boring, it's like nothing happened at all... definitely not a fan of the developement of the story either.
I had high expectations, because of the good reviews, but it wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.
There were some great moments and a nice storyline in general, however they lost me when Jung Suk got cancer. Why did they have to add that??? It was not needed! There was already enough drama with Kyungsoo's condition and the terms on which Jung Suk could leave prison.
Also, Doo Shik took a loan under his brother's name... that was somehow forgotten???
& of all people they chose Shin Hye for a judo teacher?? Come on!
It was a really good movie! It gave me Signal vibes. 7,5/10 for me =)
I am a huge fan of time travelling and this time it was done quite differently.
But I just wonder... When Geon U found out that Yun Jeong really existed, why didn't he just look for Ji Hwan?
We never saw the present version of him, well the ending suggest that both leads from 2015 are reincarnation of the ones from 1983. I couldn't understand at first why Geon U suddenly became a teacher and his detective colleagues could not recognise him, but I can accept it, because of the rencarnation.
However, when So Eun died, how come the car just disappeared? And Chief Kang was so far away, but he said he was the one who killed her... it didn't make sense!
Superb acting and great choice of actors!
I don't know why Kim Eun Suk was so against casting Dong Wook in the drama, because that man was the best thing in it! I'm glad he didn't give up and became a part of the show in the end.
The OST & filming locations were also really nice, the COMEDY & BROMANCE were just WOW!
But I had one HUGE problem with this drama... Kim Shin and Eun Tak's relationship. I'm not talking about the age gap, I had no problems with that. But I just couldn't feel it... their love? Gong Yoo was an adorable puppy in love, but that still couldn't save the day.
Maybe Eun Tak was too childish in the first episodes, I don't know... I was just not so excited about the couple.
Now... Sunny & the Grim Reaper are another story! I loved them! Even though they weren't the main couple, they stole the spotlight for me! They were just so precious together (heart)
I'm disappointed they didn't show what happened with Deok Hwa... he kept talking about some birth secret and how he believes he could be of help, I really thought there was something special about him...
& I hated how some scenes were cut in the middle.... you have to wonder what happened next and they didn't show it.
The way the Goblin came back to life... he doesn't have to suffer anymore, but he still chose to return and have immortal life? What will happen when Eun Tak lives her last and fouth life? Even though the sword is not in his chest anymore, he would still have to suffer forever and lose his lost ones.
& that makes the whole drama with the sword kind of... useless?
I was surprised when Eun Tak died, but more accidents would have occured during her life due to being a Missing Soul, so I think her death was the right choice.
I am actually very satisfied with the ending! But my problem was the long time that passed... having in mind how many years the Goblin spent alone and will again after Eun Tak dies... That's way too much even for a 'sad love' type of story.
7.5/10 for the great job of the actors, it was a story with much potential.
It didn't exactly live up to my expectations, but it was still a very good drama, just not a masterpiece.
Just one question... Eun Tak didn't drink the tea of oblivion and in her new life she had her memories, but Sunny and the Grim Reaper walked out of the door without drinking the tea either, so why couldn't they remember their past lives?
I was hesitant about starting this drama, because I'm not really into the sports genre, but I totally don't regret watching it! Truly, one of the best dramas ever! The SWAG trio was great <3 hehe
The mains were so natural! They did an amazing job, the supporthing cast as well ~
Bok Joo's breakdown when she just wanted to quit everything and do nothing... I can relate so much, because the same thing happened to me 2 years ago and LSK portrayed it so well!
I didn't like Jae Yi. For a 30 year old man he should know what he wants!
Bok Joo x Joon Hyung will forever be one of my favorite couples!
They are just the cutest! >o<
Very heartwarming and light drama with a nice doze of humor and seriousness.
Interesting drama, surely not a masterpiece but a still a rather good one.
The plot... it was kind of predictable, but I liked the bonding between the characters and the message of the drama - that we should never judge the book by its cover.
The action scenes were very well done. Dong Hyuk & Dong Seok were amazing!
KSJ really did go overboard with his tries to act badass and Mi Yeong was kind of annoying.
I don't think the drama needs a second season and it's too late now I guess.
I still can't understand why Tae Soo killed Seon Jeong's husband! He had feelings for her??? WHAT???
I thought somebody had hired him to kill that man...
& really why did no one connect the victims of the serial murders with the fact that someone from their family had committed a crime? Well, that could have been considered as Jeong Mun's motive as well, but anyway... the whole story with the pills, let's say I believe that his memory could have been erased or he had some black outs, but to hipnotize him and make him go to every crime scene? Not so believable.
Haejin did a good job in portraying his character though. Lost and confused, desperate for the truth.
I have seen all of Jongsuk's dramas and this one was definitely the WORST!!! I'm usually a big fan of Jongsuk's acting, but here he was a bit annoying. All he did was flirt with the camera and I did not like it at all.
There were too many plot holes and that romance was so cringy.
Their "love"... was there any? I couldn't feel a thing, while watching them.
All those time skips ruined it a bit.
The going between the 2 worlds was something I was looking forward to, but it turned out not as great.
The story had so much potential, it was very original, but they couldn't pull it off.
I do not recommend it, even if you are a fan of the actors. Watch the 2 specials and save yourself some time for better things.
I will give it 7/10, only because of the many plot twists and the actor's work.
The film kept me on the edge until the very end. It was beautifully shot and had a nice OST.
However some of the scenes were too much for me.
After the great reviews I thought it would be amazing, but it was rather average!
NO PLOT DEVELOPMENT! Zombies, zombies... let's run and hope to survive!
As a viewer, I wanted to know more about the background story. It doesn't matter that there is a prequel, especially an animation. Nothing was explained.
The acting was okay, I guess and the effects were pretty good.
It was both light and serious, dealing with important topics like how we should not choose our future job, just based on the payment we would receive.

7.5/10 for me =)

Chips with a Cola + my favorite drama = ultimate happiness
No suspense and I definitely do not like how the romance started and where it's going, so... dropped for now.

LET THE SHIP SAIL FOR LONG! ❤
