This drama can’t decide what it wants to be. It sets up an epic love story with political schemes, then spends most of its time as a cooking slice of life. The cooking scenes are beautiful and touching, but the “plot” feels hollow and undeveloped. Honestly, it would have worked far better if it had just embraced being a cozy food drama from the start.
