This drama can’t decide what it wants to be. It sets up an epic love story with political schemes, then spends most of its time as a cooking slice of life. The cooking scenes are beautiful and touching, but the “plot” feels hollow and undeveloped. Honestly, it would have worked far better if it had just embraced being a cozy food drama from the start. 6/10

Three full episodes just focused on the food competition is kinda wild… I get that it’s the main hook of the drama, but what about the actual story development? What about some clues about what’s going to happen with her? Like… is this for real?
