It hasn't been published yet. But it is hilarious... there are people claiming on Chinese sites to have read it…
Nope, no idea; no one has read it yet.

No the list is correct. They are co-directors, there are many articles like the one below widely crediting them…
You are right, she is not in the credits. I remember there was backlash against Jin Sha early on, I just assumed they hired Lin Yufen as well to placate the fans, esp since I saw some articles also associating her with it.

I believe General Tang and one other is behind the latest mess. Only one sharp eyed person spotted them so far…
Yes and you spotted the other one too but I would suggest avoid spoiling everyone.

That would be incredibly weak - a mastermind that never even makes an onscreen appearance.
Yeah I think they made that change bc they wanted to avoid showing fratricide. I actually don't like how Haishi just shrugs off her mom's death but I hear there were cut scenes.

I believe General Tang and one other is behind the latest mess. Only one sharp eyed person spotted them so far quite a few episodes ago.

Of course there is a main villain but that is not the same as one mastermind, there are plenty of these kinds of dramas where there isn't. Anyway, I don't think you follow me, so never mind, call it what you want.

I don't understand why he didn't poison Bingzhu's tea at the same time? Why let him go?
He is a total wild card, unpredictable and un controllable. Why would they take that risk when they can just get rid of him? It doesn't stack up.

I don't think there is a "mastermind" bc it wasn't just one guy trying to take down the emperor and moving the pieces around. The emperor has enemies from all sides, this is merely the last remaining one.

I don't think they were controlling him, it was more like the enemy of my enemy kind of thing. Their interests aligned - Zhunian, Huku and Ji Chang all wanted the same thing. If they succeeded they would have just turned on each other. Don't forget Ji Chang himself didn't know who his secret helper was but he was happy to accept their help.

I consider Ji Chang to be the mastermind/main villain for this drama - he was present throughout and hiding in plain sight. Whoever remains are just remnants of his conspiracy or petty villains. Like the emperor was hurt when he unveiled Ji Chang but he won't give a toss if Suolan and/or General Tang are unmasked and given how little time there is left, they are all one dimensional at this point.

He doesn’t look like he was dying in the photo. It’s funny how we are trying so hard to predict the ending…
They are Cantonese people from HK. Most of them still prefer to watch Cantonese shows.

What would be his motive? He is not in line to succeed the throne.

I wonder who Master Chu is. I am sure he must have another identity. I really don't like how they machine altered his voice, at many times I can't tell what he is saying.

If this drama truly had Lin Yufen as one of the directors, it would have been even a bigger hit. The current list…
No the list is correct. They are co-directors, there are many articles like the one below widely crediting them both for the production. But as Lin Yufen is on many projects, it is very likely she delegated many scenes to her co-director and indeed some of the style differences are apparent.
