Depends on the project and who the main backers are - some production studios don’t invite other investors or sell the drama until after it’s completed shooting so that they can control the more of the production process. Others invite investment from early on to manage risk and minimize their own investment - this is what most of the platforms try to do. There are no set rules bc they are just privately negotiated projects. The last stage though is usually advertisers and brand endorsements bc those kinds of “investors”
don’t want to back projects that will never air.

I wouldn't be surprised if Beiming is a remnant of the village. But according to Zhu Yitie's testimony Yesha is a middle aged man. And if Beiming is Yesha, he ordered the killing of the FL's father. That's going to be impossible for the relationship to survive.

The entire kingdom thinks her newly wed husband killed her father and is Yesha while said husband goes MIA for 3 years. We should just be relieved she didn't hurt him somewhere that could affect their future generations.
