I think it is strongly implied that YY took the poison, which is why XWY slid her the cure. There is no way the Eagle King would have proceeded without YY taking the poison - he said it was the same poison Lejun took, meaning she only had one day to live. After Wuyi died, I think we can just assume YY took the pill bc she still wanted to wait/look for him.

I did roll my eyes at that. Not sure it was needed but don't have a huge issue with it either.
