Yes I will but I have a fairly packed weekend so may not get to it until next week. I don't think sharing honest views about a drama makes anyone a hater. Only the REAL haters will think so and I don't give a toss what such people think or say so don't allow them to silence you. I didn't find this that enjoyable either but it wasn't terrible. I liked the Duanwu arc but not the SMZ one. I think LLTG also had its flaws but overall it was a much more entertaining drama. This was too heavy tone with no pay off for all the angst.

Thus it is much less enraging than Kill Me Love Me where they kept teasing us with the possibility of a cure. Romance was so not the main focus of the story that I won't lie - it just didn't feel that sad to me. Part of it is also because it was so well telegraphed and part of it was because YZJ died offscreen. I am going to guess that he stuck around but was already dead by the time she won the competition and was elected the head of the guild. Otherwise SMZ wouldn't have worn such a glum face and he would surely have showed up on such a big day for her even if Kang Ji had to princess carry him. I was happy to see ZJR got a lot less rigid and outright lied many times to trap the antagonists but I wish he had gone further and managed to trick the antidote out of Li Kui. Overall the finale felt a bit draggy around the mundane business matters and yet more Zheng family theatrics. And that crystal ruler was just butt ugly.

The thing about Canto is it can sound very no nonsense don’t f*ck with me so you never need to go there. But once in a blue moon there is still the idiot that don’t like to take instructions from a woman. That’s when you go sei puk kai. It never comes to that! 😅😂 I micro manage which roads to take bc I know all the shortcuts from driving myself around also. They don't like me but no one dares to argue or disobey bc of my super bossy tone. Of course mainland people don't like it bc it sounds rude to their cotton candy ears so I had to get rid of that don't you have any common sense? undertone in my voice.
