Most of the time Guo Jing is quite high up but not the highest, definitely not in the Top 3. Like Wu Ji would have definitely been able to beat him bc even though they both learn 9 Yin True Sutra, Wu Ji is super smart and Guo Jing is not and was able to master the deeper meaning of the sutra. But its just fantasy ranking bc they didn't live at the same time.
