Well just saying you should look into it on your next renewal. You buy express all the time so it may work out better for you to just get it with your subscription. I may end up downgrading instead bc I only upgraded bc I wanted the 2000 resolution for my big screen TV but I actually don't like it all the makeup flaws pop up. And I rarely have time to take full advantage of the free express anyway.

No I am still in the US itunes store bc that is where my account was started. As are my friends who have second homes in the US. We all have the same packages.

Mine doesn't say free express either. I just got it automatically after I renewed into a non-discounted annual subscription which I believe is comparable to the iQiyi premium subscription. I also have it for Youku so I get advanced viewing and express for free.
