It was an odd comment bc it was made to make sure the audience got it that they are vicious. I personally think Wang Jinsong is a bit miscast in villain roles - there is just something naturally benign about his expression or his face. He doesn’t come across as vicious.

I doubt that Wuyang would know where the clinic is or where to find YZ. Whereas Uncle Long would know where he was from Su and went to save him. YZ was injured to the brink of death yet seemed to have recovered speedily. Only Uncle Hong could have cured him so quickly. Also the Tiemo King seems to know YZ is still alive.
